I use my blinker more than most!
Regarding navy and potty training: she might not be ready. But if she is, I took my twins to pick out the "bug kid" underwear they each wanted, I put them in the cool feel pull-ups (not sure if they still make them), then got to work. I started with a few days of the pull ups and when I would see them shiver I explained what happened and why. Then I put them in the legging style pj bottoms, they both hated being wet so when they had accidents in the pjs, i again explained what happened, why, and what they needed to do. Every time they tried to use the bathroom, they were praised for trying. When they peed they got a sticker, when they pooped they got a temporary tattoo. No joke, my daughter was potty trained in 2 weeks, completely sleeved out 😂😂😂😂 her brother took 1 (I worked with her 1st because girls are supposed to be easier. I think he took to it faster because he saw everything before going through it) and he was the same way. Find what's going to motivate her...good luck!!

QoD Answer: I use my blinker almost always. There's the occasion when I forget while in a dedicated turn lane, but that's about it. Like Dusty, I use it even in parking lots, mostly because other people can be stupid, but it's still the polite thing to do.

I mostly use my blinker but in a turn only lane, probably not. Sometimes when angry driving I tend to forget or say F it!
But, wait. Devil's advocate here... Didn't OP say that all of her other friends got there at 8? Maybe their original plan, knowing she couldn't afford to go and was going to be prepping for the party, was to go to the con, finish at 7 and still get to OP's party on time. Maybe they'd never been to a con before and didn't really know they might not get out by 7. And, if OP was even a little snarky throughout the day about the pictures, maybe they just didn't want to go to her party anymore. Then, when she blew up at them, maybe it was their last straw. I know there are a lot of maybe here, but we've only heard 1 side of the story.
My 2yr old was so scared to go num 2 that she'd hold it in until she was constipated and then have large adult poos. When potty training we decided to give her candy every time she went num 2 potty in the toilet and loudly praised her because she likes acknowledgement.

That was a coincidence. no mother is perfect and we are all human and we have our breaking point where we do snapped🥲😭 I was sick one week my son was and the baby was sick, well I was making sure the kids eat, well, my daughter kept throwing her food on the floor she is 2, and anything I gave her she was throw it on the floor out of anger she was mad, no matter what I was trying to give her she would throw it, and I yelled what do you want!!!! Just stop just stop!!!!! My daughter stop she looked at me takes the big deep breath, and starts to cry, I felt like shit, I picked her up and held her, called my husband told him what happened, he left work to come home to take care of us, picked up food and next day took the kids to the dr.
Tony lol love ya but got to remember there are dumb ppl all around who don’t pay attention to what lane you’re in. Like a double turn that’s also has the outside lane as straight. So many ppl in that area don’t realize it’s a double turn and they swing out. So I agree with you but have had so many other dumb ppl out there almost hit me.
Oh ya the cart thing pisses me off cuz I worked 10 years in retail and hated when ppl just leave them anywhere!!

No blinker. I live in Florida. We don't blinker here. Blinkers are the easiest way to get yourself stuck in an unwanted lane. If someone knows you want over, they'll speed up. 😂

NTA Candy people are self entitled and can’t figure out why people are so mean… had this happen in Oregon I was flagged to move back because I pulled threw like the lady and the couple who flagged me said it was rude to pull threw like that… I was young and moved but now I never would have moved.
