I can't be afraid of driving because it's what I do for a living. Even after that other driver ran that damn stop sign and I couldn't avoid the collision and my car was totaled, I still drive my car and for work, but especially cautious around stop signs.
I've been hard on myself my whole life I know all too well what it's like, only in recent years have I started learning to appreciate myself and accept myself as a legitimate person. You just need to learn to make those small conscious decision every day to let yourself appreciate you.

That’s not good imo. Life it’s all about experiences and not being to hard on yourself because it brings other problems like fear of failure among other things that are not good. That is just my opinion
