I'm sad to say I didn't win much in last night's drawing. I did hit the Mega Ball in 2 of my number sets, though, so I won like $12. Whoo hoo... I can now quit my life of crime. Needless to say, the TechHelp videos will continue... for now. LOL.

This is a great video and you made it very simple. Do you know of a way to use excel to find pattern numbers in keno from old games I know it doesn’t guarantee a win but I have been doing this manually and i have success in 2 and 3 spot keno and a few 5 spots thanks again
I wouldn't bother. From what I've read you can't statistically analyze your way to picking winning numbers. Mathematically there are no "hot" and "cold" numbers.

Please make a video of how to use excel to track hot and cold numbers using color coding like for example red for hot and blue for cold and purple for in between while sorting them fro hot to cold!
What I'm looking for are frequency charts for pairs and triplets for the Lucky for Life lottery numbers from 1-29-15 to the present date, but the websites I've visited don't have them back that far, only most popular and not popular.
Did you find what you were looking for? I'm looking to put something together that does what you're looking for, plus I would like to highlight which numbers haven't appeared for a long time/are due out and that kind of thing.
I used a excel spreadsheet back in the 16’s and got 3/5 using median and guesses, if it was easy to build the table, I’d try again

You brought up a memory of my older brother in the 80s I believe who used Lotus 123 and had every drawing of either the pick 3 or pick 4 in a spreadsheet and played the highest drawn numbers. My guess is he didn't win very often as he never said much about it. lol Thanks for the memory.
Yeah, there are a ton of strategies for picking winning numbers, and NONE of them pan out. In the long run, it is truly random. If there was a way to pick winning numbers that worked, the lottery people would shut that down quick. :)

I want more excel! This is great. Haven't used it a bunch but always willing to learn especially now I'm buying a tone of nite books to keep up with the pick lottery. I've done some research before into writing a predictor for the lottery and the bottom line is that the chances of any number being drawn are completely the same as any other number being drawn. There are hot numbers and cold numbers but trying to predict them is a waste of time. If it was possible to predict lottery numbers someone would have figured it out and they would probably have stopped running the lottery by now. In fact I remember a movie a little while back where Brian Cranston was able to predict the state lottery due to some kind of flaw but aside from that it's not possible.
