I always thought from that ohma, louhan, and shen are clones of the original connector that fought mukakus grandpa and ryuki is Jackie lees clone. The fight between jackie vs mukaku hinted that the old connector is still alive.
Theory: Shen Louhan is the organic clone of Wulong. Meaning he's actually the son of the connector & was prepped to be the next Wulong. However, they may have discovered the cloning technology during the organic Shen's childhood, abandoning the traditional method of mind transfer & just engineering perfect clones. Shen Louhan being abandoned allows his true, inner conscious to grow and come out
The only thing that makes no sense is that Wulong is the one who looks the LEAST like the previous version of the connector 😂 If that was the case then Louhan would look less like the old connector that Wulong 😂

Ohma stated that Luohan was "evil" or at least deceptive, albeit seeming less strong than Wulong; while the latter wasn't triggering Ohma sense of danger in a moral way, but triggering him with is intrinsic power. So, Luohan is planning to divide Ohma and Ryuki, and I sense that is a chess match between Wulong and Luohan. Luohan is probably weaker but smarter (thus explaining why Wulong has Yan having his back, he's far more analytic), and in my opinion Wulong and Luohan are like Yin and Yang. And maybe the Connector that wiped out Mukaku's party is still alive, being like Tao, the union between Yin (Luohan) and Yang (Wulong). Wulong can't exist without Luohan and viceversa, because they're bonded, they balance each other's power in some way. So, maybe Yan and Wulong are trying to detach their Worm wing from terrorism & co. associating with Kengan Association while Luohan is CEO of a mercenary group; seeming doing good, but in reality wiping out all the Wulong Worm wing, for his goals. In all of this, to me, the other Niko is still the true villain (Luohan true goals are still not very clear, maybe isn't as bad), he has no moral and obviuously he doesn't value others' life, while he's searching for power.

I think The whole ohma isn't me thing Shen said was misunderstood, as him saying Ohma wasn't his clone but remember he said the same thing about Louhan not being him, even though it's confirmed that he's a clone of shen.so that means just being a clone of shen Wulong isn't enough for you to be considered a connector, also i think there's a possibility that ohma isn't a clone of anyone and in fact the son of Shen wulong,which would make sense since Shen seems to treat Ryuki as a extension of himself, while Ohma he seems to ignore yet the worm did save his life by giving him a new heart,and they wouldn't have done that unless he was important, and it would a interesting twist for that other connector being ohma while Ryuki is just going to be the next Shen Wulong because remember he said Ohma isn't me as in he isn't Shen Wulong that doesn't mean he can't be a connector.

Anyone else hate all this worm stuff? So much mystery around them that doesn’t pay off. They made the KvP tournament weird by just revealing their tattoos and doing nothing other than kill a 90 year old. Edward said the world was about to change but how? The worm also commits terrorist attacks like really? This is a martial arts manga. It’s like Sandro doesn’t know what he wants the worm to be and just makes stuff up as the story progresses. I really think kengan works better as just a fighting manga focusing on characters journeys of getting stronger and their motivations for doing so. The worm could be cool but everything we’ve gotten of them has been lackluster and we haven’t even seen any of them actually fight. Even the best part of the tiger niko fight was offscreened (which is why people were calling tiger niko a fraud). Everything the worm does is just to build hype. The fight with kuroki, lolong and agito was a waste of time and was just included to build hype but then it got cut short. Their motivations are also dumb. If the connector wanted ryuki so bad why doesn’t he just take him? Nobody can stop him and Ryuki has been in the public eye for a couple years now. Why did mukaku make him join the kengan matches when the connector could’ve just taken him and ruined his plans? Did he anticipate the worm to be as incompetent as they are? They were in the same building as ryuki multiple times but all they did was reveal their tattoos and get their asses kicked. Idunno im rambling but Ashura was a much better series and the worst part of that was the worm stuff also.
Series is becoming too ambitious and spreading itself too thin. Ashura was just a seinen-like fighting manga with some CEO side business while Omega is adding elements of adventure, mystery, upping the sci fi elements, etc..

Another view is Makaku did not know how many of his students were part of the Worm, we know of Five and Six, Tiger Niko said they recently joined; the methods of the Worm they keep operatives identity secret from each other. Another Niko could have been the Tiger, I suspect its (One) after the mountain attack he was not dead but in need of long-term care they are looking for a vessel for him. On the matter of the Shen's, I think there are three originals each gets a clone.

Akoya is wearing full body armor that is his first mistake, all that armor limits his best ability his reaction speed. You are the reader you should remember something about the series and characters, or do you not play video games you can be incombered with too much weight, you slow down. What happened the Wu's set him on fire, Akoya took off the armor wow he is lighter and less restricted his speed and range of motion comes back, not realizing Akoya's best skill is his reactions Willem got caught at that distance he can attack anyone. How is that bad writing having the grenade yeah he raids the SWAT team stuff he is a cop a deranged one.
