everything is normal, the princess walks up to mario with the correct music playing, peach's theme you could say. suddenly, peach turns into a pink dancing mario frog, as the music transitions into a song that screams Mario, and at the very end of the corruption mario looks straight towards the camera like he's in a sitcom
and the best part is that none of it was planned and it happened randomly, perfectly wrong

What's with DKC corruptions and their incredibly overpowered OCs?
Apparently DKC corruptions house the soul of a mid-2000s DeviantART user.
Kinda par for the course with normal DKC games. Remember that time DK literally punched the moon so hard it became a projectile?
idk but it's always been my favorite bit, it's just so incredibly stupid and is re-enforced by the existence of official alt characters such as "pink gold peach" in several mario games.
It really does feel like edgy sonic recolors in a way, but it makes it so much funnier because Vin never elaborates on it, stating what the character is called rather than going into more detail, that's the best part imo. They exist for no reason other than to just exist.

It's funny how there are dedicated corruption communities that are skilled at breaking games. Meanwhile game publishers need no effort to break games
