The four box framework behind the archetypes look similar to Value Disciplines (Treacy, Wiersema, 1995). Along with their three dimensions, Product Leadership, Operational Efficiency and Customer Intimacy they theorised that there would be a Minimum Threshold to Compete for all companies in an industry or market. Do you see a similar idea playing out here where all Retailers must have some basic elements a
of all archetypes before they specialise?

Amazing. Sir do you see a bright future for retail commercial real estate then?

Hi! Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes, I do see a bright future for commercial real estate but it will be used very differently. I think a brand's use of real estate will become more like media buying. We'll think about stores less as permanent structures and more as opportunistic access to audiences. Thanks for watching!

@@retailprophet Thank you so much for your reply, and sharing your valuable knowledge with all your viewers. I have a mixed use development project, have sold the residential part, but have managed to retain the commercial retail floors for passive income. Do you suggest I offload those floors too?
