Don't worry in the digital world they will make your home in Antarctica by switch of button, just to make you buy big thick jacket and make buy gas to heat your home and then once you bought that they will make it like Caribbean so that those cloths become useless in seconds. Isn't it just glorified fashion illustration? Essentially these are 3D drawings that's it :) Actual fashion and the beauty of it is conquering your fashion sketches, conquering your elaborate ideas by overcoming physical obstacles. That is one of the main reason we love fashion. To draw an haute couture dress is somewhat easy, but to make it, is beyond hard. Making a dress is a journey for all the people involved, that is how innovation happens. These animated pieces remind me the 80s licensing craze or something of sort :) It is a great new avenue for fashion houses to bank easy money. It is not the future of fashion, it is just a new market for fashion to expand. Silly gimmicks bringing big buck, that's about it :)

Later people were able to start newspaper, magazine subscriptions - the more subscribers the better, i.e. also a kind of success measurement. With the internet coming up and thus online games for instance ranking lists became a measurement of success and also subscriptions and likes and so on followed soon.

I think these brains do not consider the casual or moderate gamer. Hardcore gamers have no problem paying for a new console every year or so and the high cable costs. Remember the Red Ring of Death of the Xbox 360? The casual and moderate gamers may not tolerate the waste of having to junk a console. Virtually no resale value because who wants to buy a dying console and the frequent disposal impact to the environment. Gaming has always been hardest on hardware because of the heat generated destroying electronics whether it be a PC, console or phone. Perhaps in time reliability will improve but I doubt it any time soon. The makers keep pushing the processing speed envelope to sell ever more product yet not enough to cause a class action suit because of device failures. A delicate balance.

Even if it's electronic music, which I like btw, it's still remaning to be experienced by the same sense, ears. While wearing a digital dress would add something new to the visual sense, it would lack some of the functionality AND deplete the experience of 1 sense, in this case the touch. The touch of silk, wool etc. I am not against all novelties, but wonder why someone would need to experience the world through only visual sense now. Same goes when you compare an actual smell of a certain flower and it's synthetic copy. It's just not the same. I use messenger and phones but only for their functionality. I hate chats via some kind of zooms, talk on facebook 4 hours, it means nothing genuine to me. I prefer sitting down and talking with a person live. A mettaverse could surely bring some interesting novelties, but to what degree would these dehumanize us further, I do wonder deeply and with concern. I welcome all kinds of art and those dresses look cool. I can also understand why wearing a digital dress would be cool, but would like to keep it only as a part of the actual life, not taking over it completely. I don't wanna see a world where we don't look at eachothers eyes anymore because everyone needs to wear VR glasses and where our skin is not skin anymore but a digital coverup. I rather stay organic ;) Try to feel this answer as I feel it and you'll know what I am talking about. Otherwise this could be a great art tool for art itself, for performances, concerts etc. etc.
