Beautiful cover 🖤☕️🌲 Absolutely crushed me hearing about David’s passing. I’m still processing it but I’m happy that we were all graced with his artistic genius. Forever living the art life because of him and never stopping!
Beautiful 💚 Mr. Lynch was my favourite director, and one of my favourite minds and artists. I will forever miss his endlessly unique and uncompromising vision. “Falling” is one of the most gorgeous themes in television history; A haunting tale of forests, waterfalls, and lost souls. Beautifully covered!
Thank you so much for this beautiful comment. I love David Lynch so much, and I firmly believe the world is a better place because of his existence, vision, passion and excellence. Really appreciate you watching and listening!
The Jazzmaster Fox hit a new video here :D Well I was watching just 2 Lynch Movies in my life. 3 Times in a row Mullholland Drive cos on on my 1st watch I got one interpretative version of the story, which changed after I watched it for 2nd and 3rd time. Also perfection is the combination of scene and usage of music. It was damn good in mullholland drive but also perfectly done on list highway with Tim Buckleys Cover of Song to the Siren by This Mortal Coil. But I've never watched Twin Peaks or Ereaserhead or Blue Velvet. After these 2 Movies I've mentioned I realized what kind of artitsic genius he was and how different his movies were, from the typical hollywood stupidity. And of course it's your playing here is damn good and joyable :D
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this comment! You’ve a keen mind, and we seem to really like / connect on the same types of things. Mullholland Drive is one of the best, and in my opinion, most frightening movies I’ve ever seen. It perfectly encapsulates Los Angeles. I have never seen anything quite like it. I don’t like telling anyone what they should do, but you might wanna check Twin Peaks, Eraserhead and Blue Velvet out. They’re gems. And check out the newest Twin Peaks the Returned once you’ve seen the original!!!
Mulholland Drive is one of my favourites - and you’re right, we can have a different interpretation upon every watch! It’s very layered and deeply surreal. An uncanny masterpiece!
@@JediBunny It is. I was after my 1st watch so hooked to get an understanding of the meaning of persons, places, symbolismn etc So after 2nd watch my 1st interpretation was scraped and my 2nd add my 3rd watch. It's an damn intelligent movie I have watched. Lost Highway was also impressive in an different way and got a good tim buckley cover by this mortal coil. But my favorite of the cover of the song was the john frusciante version :D

Thank you for watching and listening, and for your kind words. David Lynch will always be remembered for his unmatched mind. Really appreciate you!
Perfectly said. There’s a void in Mr. Lynch’s absence, but I’m so grateful we had such an incredible artist in our time 💙

Great arrangement. I have a baritone and some background in fingerstyle arrangements, but I'm probably not that ambitious right now.
Thank you so much for this comment. I bet that tune would sound INCREDIBLE on your baritone, especially given your experience. Would love to hear it!
