Definitely, crate train that boy!! It is the best and most consistent, rewarding way for both your pup and yourself!! Plus the pup loves their crate and looks at it as their “safe space”. Some trainers even feed their dogs in their crate at feeding time. For the bowl only comes out at feeding time, then removed.. the healthy discipline for our pets allows them to live such an anxiety free happy life… water of course is kept out all day.. for a dog of your size I have the auto drinking fountain water filter bowl (electric)…. It’s filtered and fresh and filled for this growing boy needs more than a bowl … 😂… a bowl will be gone in one or two licks.. these pups are dog gone cute but super duper high maintenance… he’s gonna be pretty hefty and require some daily rigorous exercise to release a lot of energy. My sister has 2. She would spend about almost 4 hours a day running them and they would still come home pretty wound up. It’s just the breed.. they need open areas to move due to their size. You’ll learn as you go fast enough.. my sister’s dogs are 130lbs and the other is 120lbs. 🤩 Rocky will be no lap dog 😂 for sure!! But he sure will be full of 💕 love!!

So adorable. Crate train is the most important thing. When he starts to teeth take a hand towel tie it into a knot get it wet and freeze it. Let him chew on it while supervised of course. It helps out during the teething stage. Elk antlers are amazing too helps on the chewing of your stuff. Enjoy every moment cuz they are just like kids grow up fast. ❤
They are very intelligent dogs! My cousin has 3 well 2 her oldest one just passed away! They to sometimes pick only on family member to be their person but loves everyone! Welcome Rocky! Hey guys, I always love watching your videos and that puppy is really really adorable. Could you tell me what kind of dog he is??? It looks like one of those sheepdogs that they use in farming to move all the lambs and whatever other animals they’re trying to corral..
With crate training it's important for potty training. Put a puppy pad outisde of the crate door so when he wakes up in the am that will be the first place he makes pee pee when you open the crate door. As far as food goes the dry kibble food is the worst thing for dogs they begin to grow bumps and you can feel them under their skin. This happened to both of my sisters dogs. I have a friend who knows about dogs. I buy the fresh pet food, my dogs are small, but you can also buy the real food online. I met a lady at the store who has an 80 pound dog & she buys hers online at like $200.00 a month. Better deal to,get it delivered. Love the Bermese mountain dog breed, my neighbor had 2 of them.
