SALLY LONDON: "Reggie Kray"

Big band gangster jazz from Sally London's forthcoming album. Reggie Kray was one of the Kray twins, the "untouchable" gangsters who ruled the East End of London in the 50s and 60s. Reggie’s gorgeous wife ended her life 2 years after they wed. Written by Sally London and Joel Russell. Produced and arranged by Adrian Cunningham. The first line of the song is opening line from the film "Legends" about the Krays. Ben Paterson (piano), Jim Robertson (bass), Paul Wells (drums), John Merrill (guitar), Rob Edwards (trombone), Sam Hoyt (trumpet), Adrian Cunningham (sax)), and mixed by Bill Moss.

@@David_brent ronnie did not kill her. She was living with her brother who found her in bed. The brother hated the Krays but said no way did Ronnie kill her.

I'm not saying ronnie definetly killed her but i wouldnt dismiss any theories......ronnie and reg were apparently pedophiles as well which is believable when you see how connected they were with elites in high positions of power🤷‍♂️

@@David_brent I dont see why the brother would cover for Ronnie. Have you read the book Tragic Bride, all about Frances? She had tried to kill herself weeks before but her dad found her in time. Ronnie was really horrible to her but the facts do point to suicide.

As much as it would be wonderful to regard those times as classic gangster paridisio, sorry but they spent the majority of their lives in prison. No walks in the park, no fresh air.....in fact no nothing. 10 minutes of fame for a life time in shackles....nope not worth it.
