Thank you for the video. Specialized had this bike on sale on their site for 4999. While that Cannondale appears to be the better buy, I prefer the fit of the Tarmac. A Cannondale for me felt like I was riding a “pencil.” The Tarmac just felt more solid overall while being light and nimble.
Purchase this puppy mid-June for the reduced price of $4k. I owned a 2019 (first gen) Allez Sprint Comp Disc. but could not withstand the extra stiffness of that aluminin bike when my other road bike is a carbon Roubaix. So when Specialized dropped the price by $1,500 I took advantage. Note: the later model SL7 w/FACT9R is (in my opinion not worth $4,800.
Greetings! Do you have any knowledge if the Tarmac SL 6 comes with a new innovation in this 2023, With 105 Di2 With hidden cables. It should be a cheaper model. Thank you for your answer.
You can now only get Tarmac SL6 with mechanical Shimao 105 not 105 Di2. No special innovation for 2023. www.specialized.com/us/en/tarmac-sl6-sport/p/199469?color=321604-199469
Heavy price like the weight 8,1kg,german price now 4,800€ compare with trek emonda sl6 same groupeset for 4,300€ but heavier 400gr😅.I preferred Cervelo Caledonia 5 only 4,999€ and already get di2 ultegra and only weight 7,5kg😅
I would go back to the shop and say that max you can afford is 4750 euros. Leave them your email and phone number and say to call you if they want to sell it. But only do this if you are serious buyer and have the money ready. Mention this to the shop.
Why is there such a huge fkin gap between the rear wheel and seat tube. There's enough clearance for 35-38mm easily. Is Tarmac now meant to be used as gravel bike?
This bike is now going for $4999 in specialized website. I'm leaning towards the sl7 expert with sram rival and roval c38 wheels. Can you confirm if $5499 is a good price for this last bike I just mentioned? Thanks @CyclingInsider

Alternative no.2 is the newest Canyon Ultimate Ultegra di2 for 4,999€
In Europe the supersix evo 2 with Ultegra DI2 costs 6799€. So the pricegap is a bit bigger
I have no clue why it's so expensive in Europe
I love you're content.
How do you feel about the SL7 Comp (105 Di2) for $4,000 USD now, vs the Canyondale SuperSix Evo 2 for $5,500?
Specialized Tarmac SL7 with Shimano 105 Di2 for $4,000 is an excellent choice.
@CyclingInsider thank you, sir! I appreciate everything you do and replying to my comments. I just got home with my first road bike. Cheers!
Its on sale now for 4k should i buy it
Yes that's a good price for Specialized Tarmac SL7

Hi,
A bike shop just offer me the sl7 comp with roval alpinist CL for 5000 euros.
It is a good price?
