i can never get tired of this performance. the amount of choreography and precision it takes to pull off a show like this is mind-boggling. mad props to medea sirkas!
Out of respect, I would like to thank all the pioneers for the many years of entertainment that they brought to the bay area. The ones, I knew personally were: Bubbie, Rilley Moe, Lil Ralph, Pierre, Boogaloo Dana (I don't care where you're from in the bay area, everybody respected the Incredible Shrinking Dana), Dondrae Jones, Juan Cruz, Lynn Clark, PopDog, David & Joe Lewis, Damone (Pookie), Shields Will, Dirty Darren and Troy M. (Click). Praise the Lord for all His blessings on our skills.
First of all, props to sharing this video. There have been many Robottin' groups that have amazed the crowds. But, if I had to single out the top 3, they would be the Androids, Demons of the mind and Criminons. If I had to squeeze in a fourth, it would be the Astrons.
@fayzo big respect man you such an inspiration for me... i started bboying in 90's and i first saw you guys i was what the fuck...? this was 20 years ago in europe. now i perform on santa monica pier and i love my life.
But where is the respect from pioneers like these guys not just really good dancers or all styles dancers and is this group the evolution of demons of the mind bc they are obviously trained and studied
This clip was from a VHS of b-boy summit 99. It was the very last footage on the tape. Still remember the day in the mall when my man bought the tape out of a skate shop. It was probably late 2000 at that point
What yal know bout this here, this frisco mayne Demons of the mind mayne pioneers of the real street shit mayne. these the real deal frisco strutters dominoing The Fillmoe and Break outs to they own routine. This here aint no joke practice practice and practice then practice some more./ My uncle Lito from sunnydale do the best fillmoe move better than i ever seen anyone do it even from the creater too cant touch him no Disrespect Harry we all did the wharf and downtown thang but cant touch dem
Before Sirkas they were “Demons of the mind”. There’s a clip of them in 84 and I think they may have been going by a different name then. I could be wrong

On a historic note, I thought Media Sirkas was originally Close Encounters of the Funkiest Kind. Let me know if I'm on point.
