Love that building
It was something being there and seeing it in person. Thanks for joining me Anthony!
@@BarefootVlogger You’re welcome hope to join you in person soon
That was truly remarkable. It’s certainly amazing on your knowledge how to maneuver around a city that you’ve never been to. You are truly talented. Such a beautiful once known and functional airport. I cannot get over how beautiful it is, inside and out. Life is all about the experiences. And this certainly is one that will never be forgotten. Thanks Terry! And thanks to Andre for being your guide. Definitely learned a lot! Onward and Upward
Thanks so much Donna! The more I do, the more I learn. It's great to get out of the comfort zone and see the world. I appreciate your kind words and support always! Onward and Upward!!

Very interesting thanks Terry
Glad you liked it Patricia, thanks!
T, very interesting. I love to see historical buildings and see how people lived many years ago. Fascinating. Good work! 👏👏👏
Thanks Cher!
Like the sweater swag… being that back to Miami
Lol thanks JT! I don't get the chance to wear it often.
Hey Terry . Interesting excursion my friend. Leave it to you to get where most can not. Safe travels. 🤜🏽🤛🏽
Thanks SB!
Nice video!
Thanks Tracy!
3:18 that construction being from 1920 is likely a remnant of a previous civilization .. sources for that information are videos about Tartaria and Mudfllod or melted bricks.
Interesting perspective Andrejka, thanks for sharing!
WOW 👌 Thank you for sharing a peice of history we would of never seen if it wasn't for you. Beautiful artwork and building. I love exploring and truly loved this!!!
So glad you enjoyed it Lorraine! Thank you!
Foreboding looking building that was an airport. And when fast food or pancakes was mentioned man did you light up. A fella could stub his toe in that establishment if barefoot. That place looks like some of those buildings in East Germany people tried to escape from. Man I'm glad I live in the USA, like Steve Miller said; "Give me a cheese burger."
Well said Sam!
@BarefootVlogger
The painting is typical of USSR propaganda.
A happy, hardworking farmer,
possibly on a Collective Farm.
I heard, on the huge painting which are also
typical of The USSR, several painters would be
commissioned for one large painting as
Comrade Stalin did not want any individualistic style
to be seen on the canvas.
All ballets and operas had to receive
Comrade Stalin's approval before being
performed before a public audience.
Authors, Composers, Painters, Poets, "used" their respective
painting, writing as a form of protest against
The USSR Occupation.
SHOULD Comrade Stalin object,
the respective Artists risked being sent to a
G.U.L.A.G. ....or worse !
Thank you for this amazing video.
5:07 that was a solviet window barrier it was used for 1 floor windows in buildings to prevent thieves from jumping in your house or apartment and stealing your stuff but there are soo many left in apartments and buildings
Model 3 review please!!
You need thumbs to open that car! lol. Love the screen!!
Such a cool place to visit
Always enjoy your life Adventures . Great work Barefoot really enjoying Latvia. 😊❤
Thanks for exploring this piece of history with me Allan!
🇱🇻
An amazing video - thank you.
And now its great place for Techno parties
Scary times Terry. Safe travels home. Things are getting close to going hot in that region. Your videos bring lots of good vibes and escapism which is huge nowadays. Thanks man! ✌️
Thanks Gonzo! Yes, Latvia shares borders with both Belarus and Russia.
Um... a Latvian here. Things are not getting hot. 🤔 I'd say pretty much no one here is scared of a war coming over the border.
@@robertaandersone2363 I did not say be scared. It's coming. N. Korea will be America's first target in order to be able to war with China/Russia. That variable will be contained. Doomsday flights have been airborne for the last 2 weeks straight. Something is brewing.

I agree as personally I am not nervous
for the future of LV.
I do not believe,
President Putin has "his eyes on" The Baltic States.
A shared land border with Russia,
800 miles from Kyiv, 250 from Minsk.
LV is A NATO Member State.
Pretty cool! May I ask what kind of cool walking shoes are you wearing? They look comfy and supportive.
Thanks! They are comfy. Cloudtec

Absolutely amazing! You could almost hear the voices of the people passing through those opulent rooms from years ago, and feel their presence. I imagine it was so powerful for you in person. Thank you so much for taking along to see such an incredible historic building.
