This is right around the time I started going to the races. I think the first photo of a race car I ever had was in 1974 at East Windsor, with my grandfather. Shortly after that we moved to brick and I started going to Wall. I remember the fire hydrants painted R,W&B for the bicentennial when we lived on Harvard Ave in Brick. I remember seeing a lot of these cars before the Cavalier took over. Great memories!
Been to The Turkey Derby twice at Wall Stadium Speedway, one of the best Modified major races on asphalt in the USA, and Nascar. This first one in 1974 is historic, all the greats of asphalt tracks here.
