I've used this sprayer several times now on brick pavers, a wood deck, patio, and a driveway. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX It has performed as expected on all surfaces. For larger areas like the decks and patios, I think I will be looking into a surface cleaner attachment to speed up the job, or at least make it a little easier. Hose and sprayer connections are tool-less, tight, and quick. I used the yellow nozzle on the concrete/brick surfaces, and the pressure was adequate for cleaning those surfaces.I am disappointed that these units are still being shipped with a nozzle storage holder that allows them to vibrate out of the holder way too easily and become lost, but I don't want to knock off a star for that reason. The functional part of the washer works very well, so I would recommend this product.
you are one cool man, thanks for this . I purchased it last weekend and was a little overwhelmed on how to assemble it :) your video seems straight forward so thanks! What would have been nice is a bit more on what nosels to use , like the Blasting of the shed as an example, what setting did you use for the paint not to come off :) Anyway, THANKYOU!!
My previous Ryobi hose was always kinking and eventually leaked. The whole pressure washer gave up after a few years. But I think that’s from it being outside. Seems obvious, but store this inside and out of the sun. And always try and flush it out and dry it before storage. My hose ends got rusty and made connecting it impossible.
I'm surprised that you have neglected cleaning your very dirty shed for so long being that you have had many power washers. I'm glad you pointed out the lack of thickness to the hose which is pretty darn important when shopping for a PW. Great video as usual!
Dear Andrew, will you please let me know if with soap in the canister I can only use it to clean with water? In other words, does the soap canister have an on/off valve? ** GREAT PRESENTATION ** Thanks!
I couldn’t wait for the EGO pressure washer so I picked up the Husqvarna 2000 psi at Costco. Normally $199, got it for $169. Came largely assembled, and had 3 nozzles. Turbo, 15°, and a very nice multi-nozzle (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, 15° soap, 40° soap). Soap settings are low pressure.
Just got this today for about $250 they had the smaller one for $189 really wish i wouldve seen this video before hand but im gonna powerwash my trailer it has alot of grime on it and i feel like its gonna really change the look of it . Its also white like your shed , great review thanks!
@@GOROSREVENGEwhat do you use it for? It may be because you’re doing large jobs with such a small pressure washer. I feel like these work best for washing cars and gas ones which are more expensive will work on bigger jobs like driveway cleaning. 😊
I hate to burst your bubble but 30 seconds (the mildew wash) in a garden pump sprayer will clean the walls of a shed of mold and mildew much faster. Then follow up with the pressure washer to rinse basically.
Great video and energy. Thank you very much! So I am very new to this and I am wondering what setting I should set the power washer if I clean my concrete floors versus my front wooden/metal door, or the vinyl shutters, not sure what you call them that are typically outside a home. I am NY city, so all this is new to me as I am now a home owner. TY.
When you’re not holding in the trigger to disperse water, are you supposed to power off the unit until you’re ready again, or does releasing the trigger also stop the electric pump? Thanks for your review.
Once the green hole springs a leak- which it will eventually- you might as well just throw the entire Fuckin thing away and buy a new one because I’ve made about 4 trips to Home Depot tryna fix the stupid thing and spent close to the same amount of money on parts to replace it vs an entirely new washer
I have same one, it's crap! Lasted less than two years. Hardly used it. Used it to hose down my truck bed and it suddenly bogged down and started leaking. Looking into it to see what's wrong now. Great like other pressure washers when it's working.
Thanks for the comment. You'll never see anything negative about products on RUclips these days because the uploaders are all bought out by the corporations
@@jaybartgis5148 Actually, there is enough honest reviewers, you just have to figure them out. I think this reviewer is an honest one. I did end up fixing my Ryobi pressure washer. It turn out the detergent injector broke at the thread. I don't know what caused it to break. It is made of brass I think. I bought a set of 5 for $15 on Amazon, so the fixed cost me $3. I have been using it a lot lately and I'm quite pleased with it. Hopefully it won't break again. Maybe I got a defective injector. I prefer to buy known brands because they have replacement parts that are usually cheap to replace. Sometimes we get defective item and sometimes it's the user error. I used to own a karcher pressure washer before I replaced it with this ryobi. The plastic inlet cost $30!!! It was my fault that it broke because I did not release the pressure before removing the hose.
HEY SORRY FOLKS. It works very well for household jobs. It cleaned my Vinyl siding well! I would also recmmend for preparing decks for painting. I would however buy one with more pressure for things such as driveways. But for the price it does everything I need it to.
@@Kitearmy when I bought it i got the 100 ah battery and it cut my 1 and 3/4 acre lot with battery power to spear. now 3 years later I can only cut 20 percent of my yard at a time. On a different note I went in to home Depot to buy a gas powered riding mower , had everything ready to ring up, I was shocked when they told me I had to work around their delivery schedule. 62 year old woman is very thankful for your excellent how to video? You had the BEST how to video out there regarding my power washer.
Your step by step video made it easy for this 78 yr. old to get it done fast. Thank you.
Glad it helped
Why are you using a soap cannon? Does the soap dispenser built in not work?
Why did you use a separate soap bottle when the device have it's own soap tank? Wish you would've address that...
Why you did not use the machine’s soap dispenser? Instead connected a soap bottle
Dude you made setting this up so easy, saved me so much confusion.
Thanks so much

Nice review. I got the same model but soap dispenser not working. Hose is intact.
Appreciate the brief simple review for a simple Pressure Washer, too many people making long videos over nothing.
any reason why your'e using a foam dispenser attachment and not the actual soap tank that's built into the ryobi?
The separate ones work better than what’s supplied

Wow, someone has a nice clean shed!! ;) And shout out to your awesome camera man!

Do you like this better than the dewalt? The ryobi is cheaper but the dewalt looks easier to store and carry. Any one more functional than the other?
How does the soap dispenser on the top work?
Could you please tell about the adapter you used to connect the garden hose?

No soap on off button
This one is nice for the garage it has wheels and handle it’s a nice little machine
I agreee
Drago's 2000+ psi punch brought me here lol
soap dispenser only works with low pressure tip
How many electric did it take?
What foam gun are you using in this video?
Are you suppose to use the turbo on a car? I thought the turbo is only for heavy duty like driveway.
Thanks for an honesty comparison, I will check out reviews of 1800 psi before I buy.

Quick question: you said, Ryobi sells a 1800psi washer for half the price. At the end it showed the Greenworks brand (not Ryobi). Which one is it?
The ryobi was on top of the greenworks

Is this worth to have for starting a water pressure business? Wouldn’t you need big water tanks for it?
No. The ones used use for business has a greater GPM starting anywhere from 2+

Does it work for cleaning cinder wall?
absolutely
how well does it do on a driveway?
Great - this is a good machine

poor review...that is no where near 2K pressure. you could do all that with a nozzle on your water hose.
