Man the home I grew up in New Orleans during the 90s blows these homes away. After Katrina same property doubled in square footage and sold for $279,000. Know a girl that went to college here in NOLA and see why she lives with dad after she rented out some apartments. She is from Puerto Rico and dad has some money. Been looking into some property valves and she would be the only reason I'd move to Miami.

This is accurate. I’ve been looking and you honestly get what you pay for….. it’s not impossible but normally the apartments that are at this price are either super small or in not the best areas… in your search I’d recommend you get a realtor which isn’t too difficult. I also don’t recommend trusting Facebook groups… lots of people scheming and very questionable offers from what I saw.

it is not, that is the MLS which is what real estate agents use.
Whats the difference? More listings? Different prices?
@@electrohousemusic166 no its the same properties. Just not as much information as the MLS system but all the platforms work similarly yes.

There is no affordable houses here in miami. Its horrible.

All of Miami has terrible public schools. Desirable for those with no kids
Miami-Dade has good schools it’s ranked pretty high up
