asian market in usa would i have them ripe one and sometime green one for sourness purpose to eat with spicy sauce.but ripe one is alway available
In childhood we used to eat green coloured preripe tamarind mixing with salt,chily and coconut oil. It's very yummy but sometimes suffer from stomach upset 😂

Me thái to ...cây này Tây Nguyên cần...ít chăm sóc lá nhỏ ...ko ngày nào cũng đi quét vườn sạch như nền đất...sợ hãi trồng cafe ...mà ông anh nói ...tao chỉ nó bao lần nó cũng vẫn vậy chán ko nói nữa...cái này hái me chua hay chín đây...me chín khó nhìn đấy nhưng ngọt dễ ăn...mấy bố trên đó thiếu nó hái hết...gỗ đấy ... Miền tây cần làm thuyền hay thớt ...chứ nhựa mủn ko tốt

those fruits are very sour if you harvest them unripe. it should be dried or used it for cooking or making tamarind sweets.
