This feels like if Aethos was canon to SML. I feel like this is how it would be represented in a video or “SML movie” all happy and stuff, until it’s true colors slowly start shredding at the outer skin of the situation. Sorta like how they dealt with The Secret Door, but anyways great job to Heat and how he handled making the remix!
I felt the same way it was definitely similar to the secret door although I gotta say this is a lot more disturbing but it’s still exactly what I could imagine a sml movie to be
the best aethos remix i have ever heard. from the simple and casual swing method of music, to the awesome rock music and god tier lyrics and instrumental, its all perfect
its absolutely insane how heatus completely transformed the beginning of this song into something that sounds much more chilled out and less dramatic, it's like they literally injected positivity into an otherwise bleak and dramatic song. and i love how they changed the key of the long notes before the lyric section, its fuckin beautiful. crazy work

4:16 dude, this part sounds just out right depressing, deprived, and yet somehow it sounds nice. (i just found out its sounds like the ending part of that one fnaf song)

Dude the way you made it so calm and chill and seamingless transformed it into its original extremely intense phase is AMAZING! Another thing is that in the Aethos au it appeared with Jeffy’s powers, Aethon (the god who caused this) probably gave them to him which means they were close bonded. However hearing how jeffy sounds, in this version Aethon IS possessing Jeffy as a vessel. But it’s just assumption I found interesting. AMAZING WORK!✨🔥
I love how chill the intro is and then it just delves into this hopeless heavy metal vibe- So good. The parts after the beginning actually fit the vibe of the original smlwiki website really well And the lyrics hit hard. Sling may have been a terrible person but yall made his work different (and better) enough that it supercedes the original IMO. Super good.

It’s sad that the remix was canned, but really ; I love how this song actually makes it seem like everything is fine in the beginning, the original song made it seem like it was just a facade for the setting of the song, but this turn that idea into the fact that the song really makes the player think that everything is ok. I give props to you.
