I Met Mark in WATC. Cool dude and I liked him. Spent more time in the weight RM than I did. I was more into Circuit Training. Probably my favorite posting working with the PPCLI. Yup,just when the Battle School was transituing.

Do they use MGO on every weapon?
Awesome vid, if you yelled grenade in our unit, we would all hit the deck. We would say frag out for the throw, and grenade for incoming.
Never heard a grenade with so much crack and boom when it detonates..... every other one has been more of a pop and thud..... 6:00 --> 6:13 gives the clearest impression of the power.

@@davidoftheforest3822 man, this was so long ago. Yeah, I made it back in 09, was in 2 ppcli for 5 years. Did a tour in astan (TF 2-13), saw no combat, went to Iraq after I released and fought with the kurds against ISIS.
