Thank you Paul, you are so clear in explaining the mechanics behind the personal claim of perception it help a lot! This hidden mechanism becomes the main obstacle to surrender especially these days so full of informations about this topic. Thank you for your semplicity and onesty, it is so precious, it help to mantein "clean" this beautiful message that still reverberate in our time, even now in our western culture.
Interesting spelling towards the end of this comment..but yes, that hidden mechanism is the obstacle to freedom. When it's seen, just leave it alone and leave it to God. Don't try to please it, discipline it, improve it, protect it or be proud or ashamed of it. It's just spinning its wheels with no person or body doing it.
@@krzysiekklb so it clearly does matter to you as you're here to see the solidification that can happen and you want relief from that. The blanket statement 'it doesn't matter' is clearly not authentic then otherwise you wouldn't bother watching the videos in the first place.

About EST (Erhard Traning) - in this video ruclips.net/video/Kipqaoetq-Y/видео.html explains the truth process... explain that you are not thinking but rather you have thoughts that emerge at random... then there are activities (a collection of mechanisms, behaviors, sensations) that you don't do but that happen without your wanting it, and those activities define precisely "what you are not" or represent the fear of others. Just a curious question: Is calling women " Honey" but not the men honey, part of the program in your personal action figures mind? It seems to me that if one was living non-duality then it would be as easy to call the men " honey" as it is the women? I have listened to your satsangs for years and love the talks. I just noticed that periodically this question has entered my mind so I thought I might finally curiously put it out there as a noticing of a continuing pattern. I do not subscribe anything negative to Paul, I think you are wonderful in your teachings. Yes, what I am doing is " thinking " and I could choose to lose interest in the question all together. However, listening again today it happened to pop into my mind once again( I don't believe my mind) and I know this could easily be washed over with a " don't take it too seriously, its just a nicety that you, Paul, do for the women as a loving thing but still the question seems to arise in me.( my program, action figure mind). Just as a point of awareness for anyone who is not historically aware, and I dont assume this is what is happening here for you , Paul, the word " honey " has been used as a condescention , also of course as a term of endearment, but as a condescention, historically men have called women " honey while they are engaging in harrassment, sexual and otherwise and to silence a women while at the same time feigning affection. If you listen to Byron Katie, she will call people sweetheart but she does that with men and women and to me it sounds as if it truly is a caring term to lesson the blow of the spiritual lessons to look at and question one's own long held thoughts and beliefs that one has to do in her worksops. I just wonder in this non-dual satsang world we are learning to live in if you would find it as easy to address men as " honey" as you find it with women? Yes, this may come across as a challenge to your awareness but please know it is with the greatest respect, no assumptions and I will continue to liten to your talks with gratitude for all I have and continue to learn from you. Sincetely, Thank you. Any thoughts Paul?.
If the realisations keep getting claimed then how does that translate to travelling lighter? There are certain moments of that lightness and surrender but it's mainly dominated by the claiming, so do we keep seeing and negating more often combined with surrendered non actions? I'm just wondering what could diminish the trance of that claiming as it comes back very strongly after momemts of freedom from it.
I don't think there is anything we can do to diminish the trance of claiming, because the desire to do so is itself produced by the act of claiming. Everything we try to do to get out of or diminish the feeling of being the personal doer actually serves to reinforce our belief in being the personal doer. I think each time it is noticed that there is no one here doing the thinking, the image or illusion of being a separate doer entity is erased or undone just a bit more. It's like there is a pencil drawing of ourselves that slowly disappears each time a rubber erasor gently grazes it. We can't speed up the erasing - trying to only makes the drawing appear complete again.
@@brushstroke3733 so it's a catch 22 because we can't do anything about it or come out of the selfing as any attempt to do so reinforces it. And yet, in these videos it's presented as some kind of choice that we 'just see it' and negate it as 'not me'. That's not really a choice at all as firstly it's often so hidden and secondly, it gets claimed. So it seems that this is more driven by Grace than anything we can do, including the seeing that what wants to get out of itself isn't me either. It's just a tough ask to try to 'get' that seeing as the videos seem to suggest, and that's quite misleading.
@@brushstroke3733 it seems the selfing trance is broken when evidence that is contrary to its narrative is presented. Then it takes a willingness to let go of its claims and not cling to them. It's like a self forgetting hapoens which we're not doing.
