@@brunopersonna1212 in my schools they did. I got hit alot and harrassed even by teachers. My principal said it was my fault for looking like that. But alot of people I've known didn't do maybe it depends where you are.
I discovered this band through a random group on Facebook that I had forgotten that I joined about three years ago. Someone posted the link to this song, my curiosity peaked and BAM! I ended up here without zero regret. I have spiraled out of control and now I can’t stop listening to their tracks. I would love to see them return some day.

Favorite new voice in a while! Wow! And great authentic post-punk retro-gothic-rock, I love it!! And the album is varied. My fave is Smile which is more modern I guess, but this one is my 2nd favorite. I am sooo following this band. Keep it up, Tobi!

The history of blacks in postpunk/deathrock/ goth is very real.
There are so many bands with black/poc artists.
It's not talked about alot, but... I feel it's because this culture focuses more on music then on race.

Punk and post punk Goth is primarily all about the music: fashion is also important but came later into the picture and race is completely irrelevant!
Goth subculture in its different musical sub-genres and various fashion looks has got nothing to do with racism and isn't a "Whites ONLY" sort of club: the idea alone GOES AGAINST everything that Goth stands for which is directly related to punk-rock but with a darker sad romantic melancholic depressive twist to it!
In fact it is very far from that "white notion" since there always were and still are black punks and Goths inspite of the predominance of rap and hip hop culture!
Of course that the number of black punk Goths is itself a minority within a minority but that's really why the Goth community is unique and special: it's all about sharing the same experiences, feelings and having similar cultural tastes regardless of age, race or religion... just listen to the music, it's all in there!
We are an imense minority of a few good men and women different from the vast majority who sees us as black sheeps among their herd of white ones!
And most people should stop confusing GOTH with Satanism, BDSM and Halloween!
