Genes Paigude, your crab dishes are excellent. Yesterday I made crab curry. Very tasty. Here in Adelaide we have Blue Swimmers Crabs from sea. They are medium size. What you have is mud crabs which can be very big. People here just boil them in water and eat the flesh inside. There are many small tools you get when you go to restaurant These are small steel forks, flat long needles. The hard armour is broken by small steel instrument. I make nice curry with fish masala. All crabs here turn red on cooking. Today also I ate crab curry and rice and Chapati. I am from Baramati but in Australia for 30 years. I ate crabs from my childhood. Start Rock Lobster dishes. Here we get one lobster for $ 90. Very expensive. We have only one life so we must enjoy yourself and let others also enjoy. Well done!😀👌👏 We must thank the visitor and first time crab eater and food critic. ☆☆☆☆ from me.
