Serving - 4 to 5
Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
Toor dal -1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Hing -1/4 tsp
Bay leaf -1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Black cardamom -1
Green cardamom - 1
Cloves - 3
Black peppers - 4
Green chilli - 2 to 3
Crushed ginger and garlic - 1 tbsp
Onions - 3/4 cup
Tomatoes-1/2 cup
Green peas -1/2 cup
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam Masala -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
For Tadka :
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Dry red chilli -1
Chopped garlic -1 tbsp

Delicious one!! Just one request or suggestion, try to use Bengal's famous Gobindo-Bhog rice/ Kale-Jeera rice/ chitti-muthiyalu rice in this recipe & see the difference!!! You can get the specific rice easily available in any Bengali grocery store of your locality & even online supermarkets too.... Also while making with that rice, make the ratio of the dal:rice = 2:1 ( take rice half of the dal). Thank you... It's just a small suggestion from one of your followers☺️
