- President Joe Biden delivers remarks about the newly released February jobs report.
Job creation decelerated in February but was still stronger than expected despite the Federal Reserve’s efforts to slow the economy and bring down inflation.
Nonfarm payrolls rose by 311,000 for the month, the Labor Department reported Friday. That was above the 225,000 Dow Jones estimate and a sign that the employment market is still hot.
The unemployment rate rose to 3.6%, above the expectation for 3.4%, amid a tick higher in the labor force participation rate to 62.5%, its highest level since March 2020.

18mill unemployment and that rate was 6.2%? What? Under Obama we had 8% and 15.5Mill unemployed. Someone's missing something. 8.2 MIll unemployed (Now)and at a 3.2 rate? there's 7 mill men from 24 to 55 not working. So 1.2 mill is the differential and that women and men 55 to 62 and women 24 to 55? His numbers aren't adding up. Cali alone has 8 million people not working. NY is at almost 4 mill. that's 12mill people. I'm missing several numbers. Why does he always bring up his Dad. Fun fact I learned 3 new words from this speech. Don't know what they mean but wow.

Job creation at this rate when there is never enough people to take these created jobs is not worthy of celebration. It is a sign of mismanaged overheated economy.

A wonderful president. Plans to strengthen medicare, lower prescription drug prices. He’s for less pollution in the environment. More jobs. What’s not to like?
He inherited a booming stock market and crashed it. Inflation was 1% when he took office. The border was secure and he's allowed millions of illegal aliens crossing Crime is at a 50 year high. Peace treaties have been replaced with wars. He's sending billions to Ukraine to secure their border and leaving our border open.
