Totally agree 👍 with you. Lost 35 pounds in 1 year by eating healthy and exercising. Was in my 50s. Can be done. Need discipline commitment. No excuses. I will be 69. Still eat healthy exercise daily. Others can too. It is work but worth it. 😊😊😊😊

You folks must be going to the wrong doctors. Ours gives us exercise tips and the office lobby has healthy recipes to try at home. Our doctors rarely prescribe pills.
Diet and exercise is their motto.
You do know you can change doctors. You do have a choice. We all do. Do your homework. Choose wisely.

When doctors prescribe these medications, they do tell them to exercise, and they are referred to a nutritionist. Look at the woman who lost 25lbs. I think that we should be thrilled for her, instead of trying to be negative about her weight loss.
