Yeah it was awesome just so excited for this weeks episode where would’ve ranked it Jami in terms of overall feel I felt so bad for Renji Rukia and Byakuya but damn Kenpachi a beast. Yamamato and Saskibes back story had me in the feels not gonna lie. 😢
Finally after 10 years, bleach gets a proper adaptation, no fillers, uncensored and to see it all happen in the TYBW ARC, is just a dream come true 😂😂

Yeah seeing Yamamoto get angry was just insane.
This may have been repeated but Driscoll went from Overkill to Overcooked
The scene where Yama comments how weak Sasakibe's bankai in the hands of Driscoll gives me goosebumps. It just shows how powerful Sasakibe is and how truly it was a shame we didn't get to see the full extent of his bankai.
........ Ichigo one shotting him with a mere palm strike all the way back at the sokokyu hill in the rukia rescue arc kinda undermines sasakibe and his supposed power ngl 🤣
Y'all do know Yama was blind sided and also was taking it easy on Chojiro right? Lol he wanted to see his Bankai and approved of it.

@@TypMan687 I know but its still a bad look for the second in command to the head captain. Because damn he looks like a scrub in that moment and really undermines his supposed power this episode was trying to highlight. Not even trying to disrespect the guy, its just that prior events really didn't do him any favour (not to mention him getting killed basically off screen).
It's sad cause Sasakibe says "I look forward to using this Bankai in the future to uphold your honor!". Then the one time the poor guy uses it, it gets stolen and he gets wrecked! So like he didn't even use his Bankai, he just got the pleasure of activating it!

I think this is the best Bleach episode that has ever aired. I cried twice, for Byakuya and for Yama finally getting to say goodbye
Getting to see Yamamoto avenge Chojiro felt so... sad. He burned Chojiro's bankai along with Driscoll, to ashes, to let his lieutenant rest in peace with his pride no longer being tainted by the invading Quincy.
"Burn. Chojiro... farewell."
Is it weird that I want to cry as a grown up guy because of how absurdly badass Yamamoto Genryuusai is? It's like your grandpa showing you how it's done when you're 5 years old and you failed at something, I don't know.

I'm without words! Yamamoto & Sasakibe's flashback and Yamamoto's sendoff for Sasakibe legit made me cry. This was such a beautiful episode...
Best episode so far in this arc. It's only going to get better from here. Next episode will break the internet. Also I love how uncensored this episode was with byakuya hallucinating rukia with a melted face and Yama melting driscoll.

There is something about old men and their relationships with the men they trust that just hits hard. I was worried they would cut these interactions and the flashback but I'm so surprised; they really made it justice. Bravo.

It was nice that they actually showed who sliced up Rukia. In the manga it wasn’t shown, so it was cool of them to give manga readers a clue. Most of us had our theories but we could never confirm them

Fear is the biggest enemy of a living being and it makes the brain stop thinking logically and as it has a negative side like running away, it is also a positive side and it is a way to gain courage to face danger and protect the one you love. Thanks for the movie Batman Begins and the dark knight Rise which made me think about this topic Byakuya is in a difficult situation, and I have questions about how he managed to defeat Zaraki while he was so strong and and ultimately who saved Urahara and the others..
