I've actually been doing my own personal investigation of this track on my own (mainly since I've barely found anyone else interested in it... and I can't join the FMM server to find people since the invites are closed for whatever reason lol) and so far it seems if the song exists online in any capacity it's not with a title that involves the term "we were kings" and I'm in the process right now of ruling out any song with the word "perfect" in the name - already gone through a few databases and things like bandcamp - bc of the motif of it throughout the track So far I've got literally 0 leads though. Doesn't help that the only concrete info is a general year, station it was recorded on, and a few people claiming it could be Canadian, so...
Not gonna lie, this song *actually* made me tear up, just a little bit. It’s so nostalgic, and makes me yearn for simpler times…
This song is soooo good
Damn this shit straight from the banger songs factory
I knew it was that song, I saw it coming from the title
What song?
I love this song so much please 🙏

@Element30Zn I was asking them what the song name was cause I like this song.
@@lenabreland they never said they knew what the actual song was, if they did then they would’ve said the song name
Neil MacDonald Thomson has an obscure song named "Back When We Were Kings" but it's not this song unfortunately
Sounds a lot like Elton John
Thought it could be from Bronze radio return, unfortunately the singers don't match
Can people like start focusing on this song for once
