Jonathan doelander- I love classic kitchens that fit with the style of a historic home. This is not a classic kitchen, these are really cheap looking cabinets and they are not old, or even near the vintage of this home. The same for the cabinet hardware. The flooring also looks very inexpensive and does not go with the style of the house. And the wall/counter tile looks very DIY. Hey, they tried. Not everyone has the funds to do what they might like to make things look better. But this kitchen being compared to a classic kitchen that is original, or even compatible with a 1920s Spanish style home, and then compared to a Frank Lloyd Wright design, is laughable. 😂
I love the subway tile. The bathroom is gorgeous. There is no ensuite for the master bedroom, but I guess that was the norm for the 1920s. The house is charming, and seems solidly built.
@@gramirez72 ... it was the first thing that surfaced in me at the beginning of the video. I'm not a spritualist or anything, but it fust felt haunted. Nobody else feel this way?
@@jonathandoelander6130 well, it's nothing that I would want, and if I bought it; they'd have to install a washer and dryer inside before I closed the deal.
God bless🙏 💐💐💐💐💐🙏😇👌🤩🤓😀🤗😃😎
👋Very nice home...The old places have such charm..
I lived in Altadena for 27 years. I miss it!! You did a fantastic marketing job.👍🏼 This home is beautiful!!😁
Lovely! Classic California.
Aww crap. I’m 4 years too late.
Those older homes in the "dena's" are adorable, but never enough storage or room for storage pieces such as sideboards. armoires etc.
I'd move in in a heartbeat
BONITA CASA A COZINHA É LINDA !

This is gorgeous!!! Well landscaped with so much character. Only downfall, laundry in the basement via outside entrance.🎆
Beautiful inside and out! But, You have to lug your laundry outside to get to the w&d in the storm cellar? No.
That made smile 🤣
Dios que hermosa casa
This 1400 ft small house sold in 1million at 19th Nov 2020,can't believe it,CA is crazy🤦♀️
With an outdated kitchen at that!
@@avalondreaming1433 Classic kitchen.
@@jonathandoelander6130 A 1920's kitchen would be classic.
@@avalondreaming1433 So, a mid century modern kitchen... say like in Frank Lloyd Wright's 'Fallingwater' home would not be classic in your eyes?

WAY too close to the neighbors and I hate subway tile.
I don't want to go outside to wash clothes.😧
It's invigorating!

They'd have to do something.
