    My CT chest on 11/22 shows 3 and 8mm nodules and bibasilar actelesis. My GP wants to wait a year for a followup CT, but didn’t mention the actelesis. I have shortness of breath, persistent cough, and my wife says that I stop breathing at night while sleeping. I attribute said findings to my inhalation of isocyanates and other chemicals and solvents while spray painting vehicles in 1982 without using a respirator. Should I go back back to my GP and seek treatment for the actelesis or just wait the year? Thank you!
