I swear, everytime I watch these videos I always wish you were my instructor! Love the passion you have during these lectures that help me out SO much!
Just last night I turned my phone around to my husband while I was watching a “Pop quiz!” on Instagram and asked him, “Why can’t Professor D be my teacher?” He said, “Well, she kind of is.” He’s right. She is.
I had a horrible professor (2 years from retirement and has totally given up) this semester. My classmates and I really struggled. I would not have done as well as I did without you. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
You are literally the best! I take my exit HESI tomorrow and I've been watching your videos non stop! I definitely shared and will continue to share! I wish my instructors were as passionate as you are!

I LOVE watching your videos when I have free time and love how you explain the rationales! A day before a test, I “spoil” myself by watching your videos for the millionth time!! 😂 Are you able to possibly put an answer key in the description or highlight the answer after you answer it in the video? Sometimes the CC messes up - therefore I cannot see the answer unless I turn my volume on. Usually I can’t use my ear buds to listen - and physically seeing something shown is correct helps. 😊 Thank you so much for your time and dedication for these videos!!
I love ur teaching, my ways of learning is hearing and seeing, so this is for me, love the way u express it using a word to remind ur answers. love this videos, hope to hear ur voice when taking my board. Please give me trick on SATA Please and thank you

Prof D., I have a question for you when you mentioned lying on the left side where the abdominal incision is. Is it possible that increasing the risk of hematoma when the patient lying on the affected side? Thank you.
@@cheungfara2899 hematoma formation would happen only if the the blood pooled allowing clot formation. This question as very specific and how to decrease incisional pain when coughing. To decrease pain in the incision during a cough, the #1 thing to do is to splint the area. Does this make sense?

Professor D, your videos are too short and making it difficult to grab concepts in a chronological manner. Why don't you take one system and complete before moving to the next?
