  • A young woman has opened up on how far she is willing to go for her relationship to work and for her significant other to be happy. The pretty lady who lives in the water community in Makoko shared her love life tales with Legit TV in an interview.
Having lived on land before, the family members of the young woman thought it strange that she would give up her comfort to be with a man. Upon getting married to her husband, she moved to the slum and started living with his family members in a wooden house suspended on water.
The love she has for her husband made her give up everything. Interestingly, her husband only stays in the water community once in a while as he works and lives around Ajah.
Find out about the juicy tea she spilled in this sizzling interview with Temitope Olaiya and Emmanuel Osodi.

At 52 years of age, I wish that I will one day meet a woman like this, who will really love me from the bottom of her heart. I pray to one day meet a woman who is the bone of my bone and the fresh of my fresh, after many sad, painful stressful and horrible years with the wrong women. I pray to God to one day meet my own woman meant for me. Amen🙏

    As Salaamu aLaikum…
I At first I couldn’t wrap my mind around this style of life.
Once she said he is Muslim and she is Muslimah, I totally understood.
    It’s the Qadr of Allah.
My husband and I have a very interesting story as well. I wish her well in her marriage and in life.
    *InShaAllah *

This people lifestyles need to change. Am really not happy to see people suffering this way , can the government help them found a place on land so they can build huts. Seeing people living on this dirty water called water house is outdated and they should be introduced to better life outside water. God help you guys . Please all of you should continue to pray for better life.

Am seriously surprised seeing this for the first time, but my question is if waves occurred or winds blew in the river, those houses are they going to collapse?

If you are based in Lagos, you can view the community from the Third Mainland Bridge. The houses are made with planks, strong planks suspended over water.
