2015 Chevy Malibu Humming Rear Speakers

I explain how I got rid of the humming noise from the rear speakers even though there is no factory amp on this particular model (2015 Chevy Malibu [LT - base model] 2.5L engine.
After nearly a week of searching, forums, manuals and all else, it came down to simply disconnecting the OnStar unit since I don't use it. if you do use OnStar then you'll have to figure out the wire that's causing the feedback and find out if you can safely cut it and still use OnStar.
