Luther is probably the best British detective show of recent years but it's still not a patch on The Wire, Tokyo Vice or True Detective.
Sherlock BBC’s series is the only tv series I have ever purchased on dvd. It’s the only tv series I’ve ever purchased besides XFiles. I loved Columbo, Monk, Murder She Wrote, Perry Mason, Magnum PI and Matlock as well but never purchased chased them. My husband bought me Moonlighting, which we both loved

With Bosch Legacy we have to put up with commercials, but that means it should have a long run, because Amazon Prime is not just getting membership money, but also money from companies paying them to run commercials.

True detective story development and scenes and background music is mind blowing and far better than Sherlock .the intense heart melting and morbid activities of criminal just give a high pulse beat rate of detective show lovers . The killing and Broadchurch are underrated gems! I recommend everyone to watch these 2! I bet you will not regret. One of the finest detective shows I have seen, extremely gripping, extraordinary writing, brilliant performances and cinematography.
Broadchurch is only number 9??? How the hell? It should be at least number 3, if we compared to these series. I love True Detective and Sherlock, and those totally deserves to be in top 3, but I'm not sure how would I ranked them. These 3 series are so good.

Some times True Detective becomes so lenghty. Detectives spend entire life to solve. And at last they found only One who seems stupid but not like smart ass serial killer.

Try korean series like mouse , beyond evil , voice ,train ,signal etc .it is diificult to remember korean names but you will get used to it with time . Initially I used to rewind again and again to recall the names of people .but seriously mouse and voice was the best i saw till now
