Can you do a video for a house on 9x17 with an integrated garage, large rooms (living, diner, kitchen, laundry room, guest toilet) & only 1 big bedroom downstairs with a dressing & an enclosed bathroom. Uptairs won't be a full storey (9x12) & have 2 other bedrooms with balconies (1 of the 2 just over the big one downstairs with almost the same disposition of room, dressing & bathroom except for the integrated balcony) & enclosed bathrooms plus another living room with a balcony ?
This is nice! Sir are you able to customise a 3-room 1 storey house, 2 bathrooms, with front and side porch with extended service area at the back for laundry and kitchen? If possible its a little bit elevated, maybe with a 3-step staircase in front. It’s my dream retirement house coz i just turned 60 and an OFW. I am building it in a suburban area and a semi-agricultural land. What material would be sustainable? Is wood ok, coz I’m actually looking at a “cottage-like” design if possible. As for the size of the house, i would leave it to you, maybe between 70-90sqm. I would appreciate and value whatever you suggest as your the expert. Looking forward to hearing from you Archi. Cute design! Since the two bathrooms share a wall, why not flip the fixtures in each one and have all the plumbing go through the same wall?
