    If you lightly spray the paper with water it will make wrapping much easier.

      Thanks. You should enjoy it, when I got my junior I was new to Kamado cooking, now I really enjoy it. And have made some great food. I do recommend getting the Ash Basket and Ash Can, they make the clean out super easy, I have video on it ruclips.net/video/jZmkxE_T7IY/видео.html

    Do yourself a favor…use full pans instead of “half pans”

      Thanks for watching the video. Good callout, I got in the habit of using the smaller ones, because they are easier to find space in the fridge, and move around the kitchen. But really should use the bigger ones for the bigger cuts of meat.
