The most delicious Oven lamb chops you will ever taste

- This recipe will have you dreaming about lamb chops. They’re fork tender and fall off the bone
Ingredients:
2 lb. Lamb chops
Salt and black pepper
Oregano
Marinade:
2 springs fresh rosemary
3 springs fresh thyme
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. Chicken bouillon
Juice of one lemon
2 tbs. Honey
2 tbs. Smooth mustard
2 tbs. White wine vinegar
30 ml. Olive oil
-start by rinsing the lamb chops in cold water then pat dry.
-sprinkle both sides of the lamb chops with salt, black pepper and oregano.
-preheat oven to 400 F.
-make the marinade by bending all the ingredients until smooth.
-line and round baking tray with wet parchment paper, add half of the marinade to the bottom of the the baking tray. Spread the lamb chops then top with the rest of the sauce, cover with another wet parchment paper and fold the edges all around to create a pocket.
-bake for 30 minutes @ 400F. Then lower the heat @350F. And bake for another 30 minutes and you will have the most flavorful lamb chops you’ve ever tasted. Sahtain!
