    Hi! Thanks for the video. I own one of these and mine has the exact same problem! Funny I've had it for years, then a video comes out one month ago detailing the exact issue. Same capacitor is bulged.
    I am new to soldering. I am going to attempt to solder the new capacitor like you did. Do you have any tips for soldering the new capacitor? Also wondering if you have any suggestions what type of 470uf 16v capacitor I should buy?

      Take your time. Look at u-toob vids on soldering.
      Most expensive electrolytic cap you can buy at your local store. Still cheap.
      I advise getting a higher voltage cap with same PCM, pitch between legs. I think it's 5mm from memory. Check it.
