I’m so glad I found your page and videos. I’m licensed and have also drowned myself in RUclips videos for acrylic, soft, and hard gel. So I felt like there’s nothing more I could learn except maybe nail art. So thank you for this video series
@@PaolaPonceNails I just finished your masterclass course and I hope I can make it for the Kokoist certification. I have a few Kokoist products but I never fully committed. I’m that nail tech that wanted to do it all. Offer everything but yet not mastering anything yet. So I’m purging my collections. I have a lot of random things from 3-5 acrylic brands to hard gels to only a small amount of platinum duo bond
I have been doing my own nails for more than a year now and I only use gel products. I would say that they are more on the harder side as I use poly gel to sculpt sometimes. My current steps are: 1- Prep by shaping and buffing 2- Thin layer of base gel 3- Structure with base gel and extension with polygel 4- Color/design with any gel polish 5- Topcoat Coming across your channel has given me so much information about the soft gel system, and I hope to transition to soft gel in the future since I want to have healthier nails. *My question is: would you recommend me to get a gel base and builder that has more viscosity?* Coming form polygel or hard gel to soft gel!
love all your videos. i do my nails myself and just started with bottled gel . now i want to try kokoist products, can you give me a list of things i'll need in order to start good?

Could you do a video on how to build a perfect apex using Japanese gels? 🤗
Noted.
Thank you for the info!!! I will mention this video in my next video.
Hi are these japanese gelsnonly for professionals or can private individuals buy them too?
Love the video, thank you for sharing!! For those problematic nails, what bonder or primer do you recommend using?
Something like Protein Bond or Ageha.
@@PaolaPonceNails thank you for replying 😊

Can you use gel polishes on top of the second step before top coating please x
Thank you so much for this video!
Thank you for watching Rachel ❤️
Should I use Japanese gels for press-ons?
Thank you so much for this video. Would you recommend using all 3 if I want to strengthen my natural nails? Or simply the base and top?
All 3. Do not soak off, File flat, and re-apply !
@@PaolaPonceNails Thanks so much
Thank you
I can only did 99% and 70% alcohol, what should I do?
I also found some 95% but not 91%
i found 91 at cvs. try looking at a pharmacy :)
70% has too much water for nail prep, your gels will lift. Use the 99%.
@@MarissaMagn0lia I’m in Canada 😭😭
@@PaolaPonceNails the percentage isn’t too high?
💜💕
Very confusy
Where can I explain further?
