What a beautiful day for Spydering. Some stunning and breathtaking views. Liked that you corrected yourself when you called the Spyder, a motorcycle. 😎. Thanks for the Ryde along. Stay Alert. Ryde Safe in a fun way. Thanks for sharing. 😎.
Hi John and Miriam , we love following your travels. We have an RT spyder the same as yours and enjoy our travels here in New Zealand.. Thanks again, Kevin and Sandra
Well, we took the plunge and purchased a Can-Am Spyder RT Limited. A pre owned 2014 model from a private seller, with only 5,500 miles on it. The seller also included the rolling suitcase for the frunk and travel bags for the saddlebags and a cover! We couldn't be happier, :-) . Loving the Spyder in stop and go traffic. Just got tried of feathering the stiff clutch lever on our 2014 Harley Davidson Tri-Glide Ultra Classic. Thanks for sharing. Safe Travels.
Great video John and Miriam. My wife and I are really enjoying our Spyder. I am only 17 miles from the BRP, which has been one of my favorite routes. Unfortunately, they have recently chipped and sealed much of the sections I ride, so I’m staying off until all the loose gravel settles. Looking forward to your next vlog!
"You'd be wrong" how sweet the sound.... Love the video... Keep them coming... We're headed into the rockies this weekend and the next, hoping to see alot of aspens turning... But no snow...
Got my Senior Pass about 3 years ago while at the OBX while visiting the Wright Memorial. Only cost me $10 then. Good for life. Just did a short trip to Skyline Drive with two other CMA chapter members. Did the wine trail two years ago which included some cideries and breweries.
Great vlog guys. The Shenandoah - Blue Ridge Mountains automatically directed a recall of John Denver singing about West Virginia, the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Shenandoah River. Beautiful scenery which has distinct similarities to the Blue Mountains about an hour or so, west of Sydney Australia. Looking to your forthcoming vlogs, and to someday soon, being able to also enjoy vacation on our own Spyder. Best wishes to you both. Safe riding and happy trails to you. Regards, Gary
Hi Guys. We are in Maggie Valley for the Spyder rally you covered last year. Not sure how large or what’s in store this year. Catching up on your latest videos. When we had the Harley we rode the auto train from Florida and spent a few days at your lodge. So Beautiful. Enjoy the pub. Wish we were there to buy you a round. Hope to catch up with you guys some day. Ray & Linda
I was on skyline, man did it rain! First I thought I'm in fog, No it was a cloud rain drops the size of dimes, lot of them. Went back next day and went to where I missed in the storm. Beautiful ryde we can't wait to go back. This is not a one and done ryde.
I love the Parkway! We live close to the southern end and take it to Asheville whenever we can. I know what you mean about weight off the shoulders. My wife and I have been very blessed and I haven't worked for a paycheck in 12 years. I still work for several organizations but on my time. We make sure to take my mother-in-law when we visit parks, she has the lifetime pass also. Your park ranger gave some great suggestions. Bryce, Zion, Arches, and Capital Reef are incredible. However, visit in November, December it's soooooo much cooler.
Hi guys. Thanks for the guided tour and also for the Lifetime Senior pass info. I turn that magic number in a few weeks. I'll be getting one of those passes soon as well. 😁
Another great video guys. The BPW is on my bucket list for next summer. Thanks for the park entrance $ info ... I also plan to begin hitting every national park possible. Safe travels ...
About 5500 for this year so far. In may it stayed parked as I was going over it with a "fine tooth comb" in preparation for the Colorado trip. 4600 was just on that that trip

Luray and Shenandoah are my happy places. It’s been at least 5 years since I’ve been back so thank you for taking me along!

Wish we could be there with you guys,,, we are just a few days from a large trip which we could not change the dates of. Hope to make it next year.
Great video. You guys should do a ride to some of the national Parks in Michigan! Beautiful lakeside scenery.
Awesome scenery, views and commentary. Once again, another great video and very enjoyable to watch.

My sister lives in Asheville, Tommie, and I love to visit there too! It's quite a drive from VB though!
Been watching your videos, and collecting pertinent info on the Spyder. I have now subscribed, and am looking forward to your videos!!!

Hi guys glad to see you back in the saddle and roaming the countryside again.

I got my senior pass when it was still $10. I've only used it for Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. I need to use it some more!
Got mine a few months before they went to $80. No idea where it is now, guess I’ll have to get the $80 one now. Oh well...
Awesome! Looking forward to the next episode.
Careful near that landscapers' trailer-they'll think the Spyder is a mower and tell you to "pack it up"...
I like the change in your background music, Great video,
Just wonder John how many miles have you put on the RT this year alone? Love the scenery! Safe travels.

I loved the road odyssey out west, too bad you lost you memory card and all of that portion of your trip. Safe travels!
Watching now on closed caption; video ends, and my KSLX plays "People Are Strange". Coincidence? I think not.
I wonder if the blackberry cobler is still as good as it was on my last visit to Big Meadows.
Gary Allmond we didn’t indulge ( trying to cut sugar) but it sure looked good when we saw it coming out of the kitchen!
Unable to report on the cobler,,, the main course was too much...
