I mean why else would you fall for this Nurse in fatigue's scheme to get rich quick? here is the chronological order of what happened: 1. Cops see car with tinted windows and suspended license plate 2. They give the driver the signal to pull over 3. The driver refuses and drives toward a "well lit place" 4. The nurse/driver sets up a Camera 5. The cops order this unknown driver who refused to stop out of the car with guns drawn because... tinted windows prevent them from seeing what is going on in the car and the driver might be armed or have a passenger who has a bazooka and a minigun at the ready. (for all they know the driver is a hostage) 6. The driver after setting up the camera to film himself in the well-lit place and hearing the commands to show his hands and exit the vehicle, refuses to follow the lawful orders and decides to play stupid on camera cause ya know BLM will riot for him and he'll get paid and the officer fired. 7. The Cops come closer and at this point have every right to pull him out of the car yet still ask him to exit the vehicle. 8. The nurse refuses ad infinitum until the cops mace him and help him out quite gently 9. Standing next to the vehicle with mace in his eyes as the cops hold his frail little hand he still refuses to follow orders as he is told to lay down. 10. as the nurse is forced to the ground he is still refusing to comply and actively resists acting up for the camera. 11. the older officer who is a Veteran of the Marine corps is fired from his job because his superiors dont want another BLM riot so they sacrifice 1 cop. 12. Lawsuit pending and the Nurse in fatigues is probably gonna get some sweet sweet oppression bucks 13. Everybody believes the cop was in the wrong and are apparently too stooped to see what is going on.

In felony stop aka high risk traffic stop, which the methods used are demonstrating ( I learned very similar at academy) from your vehicle you would generally tell the driver to unbuckle the seat belt and put both hands out the window and open the door using the outside door handle. You'd have the driver step away from the vehicle and walk backwards to the sound of your voice. Keep in mind, under high stress situations, you may mess up the commands a bit but you get the idea. The driver should comply and if they don't then you continue showing officer presence with your tone and your commands. This driver made it way more difficult and did not comply so compliance methods were used. Note: this should not have been done as a high risk traffic stop. Nothing from what I could tell or that was revealed would warrant this.
Yeah. They need to think about what they want before telling people what to do. These 2 officers definitely need to be investigated. The other one should have spoken to the other one.
I agree. Over-talking and repeating what point he keeps trying to make, along with giving personal info, personal opinions, and bringing up useless information is a clear indication of a guilty conscience or out right lying, in my opinion. The "veteran" officer should have done more observing so as to allow the rookie to handle the stop. If and when he may have needed assistance, then maybe chime in. Instead, he was neither observant nor setting a good example of how to handle the stop. He got too excited and showed absolutely no skill in communication, and instead abused his power. Not to mention obviously being intimidated by the driver but what I can't figure out is exactly why he was...however, he was surely back peddling. He never answered the one question, and didn't care enough to get any information so it was because of the time it took for him to pull over. This is one of many great training videos they could use. So happy for cop cams to keep all parties honest!
@@gauge6513 I did think he should have put his hands farther outside the window and maybe asked "why was I pulled over?" instead of continuing to repeat "what's going on?" However, it made sense that when he saw guns drawn along with two different commands (1)keep your hands where I can see them and (2) get out of the car being yelled at the same time I can see where he wouldn't want to go to take seat belt off to get out. The one policeman allowed himself to get frustrated and pissed-off. I understand their frustrations especially when people don't comply and realize how incredibly dangerous their jobs are but also see at least a few different ways this could have been handled by the cops that would have been much more effective. We do have Constitutional Rights that have been trampled on forever and it's our own fault for not knowing them, including Law enforcement. Unfortunately there has been a need for accountability within some police depts which has made things more difficult for the good ones, as well as, this BS narrative that's been pushed by the left intentionally to create division, intensify and spotlight every action or inaction that police make. I hate the fact that these days one mistake like this cost a person their career instead of it being a learning experience so this makes it clear we have a lot of fixing and learning to do. De-funding the police is NOT one of them. Pay them more and expect better. Just my opinion. I appreciate yours. 😊👍
That part - everyone needs to watch till the end. The cop is essentially blackmailing this man for his silence. Guns drawn, paper sprayed, tasers drawn, and the man didn’t even get a ticket. They know they were wrong.
Hey if the guy had just opened the door with his feet, he'd have been out of there in no time. "get out of the car. show us your hands. get out of the car." Yeah sure. I really trust a fat fuck with 2 angry braincells to not shoot me when I move my hands for the door handle.
Actually he didn't. He had his gun out first, then took out his taser, then de escalated to pepper spray. He didn't even have to lay a finger on him either. The officer did de-escalate use of force and had no reason to de-escalate commands. The suspect was simply not complying at any point in this encounter. The pepper spray was legal. Most cops will not even approach the vehicle if they are suspicious enough of you and command you to get out and come to them.
@@wowomah6194 I would consider starting a normal traffic stop as a high risk stop with guns drawn counts as escalation. If we escalate to a high degree first, then back down.. here is the chronological order of what happened:
1. Cops see car with tinted windows and suspended license plate
2. They give the driver the signal to pull over
3. The driver refuses and drives toward a "well lit place"
4. The nurse/driver sets up a Camera
5. The cops order this unknown driver who refused to stop out of the car with guns drawn because... tinted windows prevent them from seeing what is going on in the car and the driver might be armed or have a passenger who has a bazooka and a minigun at the ready. (for all they know the driver is a hostage)
8. The nurse refuses ad infinitum until the cops mace him and help him out quite gently
12. Lawsuit pending and the Nurse in fatigues is probably gonna get some sweet sweet oppression bucks
13. Everybody believes the cop was in the wrong and are apparently too stooped to see what is going on.

They issue conflicting orders on purpose. It makes it impossible to comply and gives the police a reason to kill you if they feel like it.
Daniel Shaver was killed by cops doing the same thing. Sometimes it just feels like cops are just looking for an excuse to shoot you for pissing them off. Nazario did the right thing by staying still and staying calm
That’s exactly what they wanted clowns pigs
Yeah. They need to think about what they want before telling people what to do. These 2 officers definitely need to be investigated. The other one should have spoken to the other one.
Don’t understand why a person who has been in the military can’t obey an order from authority and avoid all this drama.
The fact that the cop who got fired keeps talking to him saying nonsense trying to convince him to not get him introuble shows how guilty he really is
I disagree. The soldier didn't comply. Admit it a million for being dumb. The soldier sounds like Bubb Gump shrimp guy from Forest Gump.
"you made this WAY harder than it had to be" - the guy who escalated every single second of this encounter.
Hey if the guy had just opened the door with his feet, he'd have been out of there in no time. Honestly I'd rather take this outcome over getting shot while opening my door because cops are too fucking stupid to give coherent commands.
At 4 AM I committed a traffic infraction and when the police officer seen it, he attempted to pull me over.I just like this guy kept driving for a mile and a half (at 15 mph, hazard lights on)with the officer behind me. Once we reached a well lit area, the officers got out and approached the car(no weapons drawn) without fear I might add, because it was “common sense” that I was only trying to get to a well lit area.
