I find these stitch along series so helpful as a beginner. I'm currently stitching along to your Lorna Bateman scissor stand stitch along and am so grateful as I know I would have struggled without it. I never would have thought to use a combination of straight stitch and ribbon stitch for the petals as you did here. I feel I'm learning so much so thank you.
