That's interesting that they put Zhoa Yun in the fight against Lu Bu, when the allies are trying to take the capital back from Dong Zhuo. In the book Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, and Guan Yu combined only manage to drive him back. Zhoa Yun doesn't appear till much later after the capital has been retaken and Yuan Shao fights Gongsun Zan. And as I recall Liu Bei and his brothers never interacted with Zhang Liang but did kill his brother Zhang Bao but this change makes more sense for the sake of gameplay.

After Wei Kingdom unified China with Wu Kingdom surrendering, Sima Yan (Son of Sima Zhao) replace Wei Kingdom with Jin and hence start the Jin Dynasty. Jin Dynasty lasted for about 30 years before the Sima Clan loses power and China erupts into an even more chaotic era known as the Northern and Southern Dynasties. After a while heroes appeared for example Mulan and subsequently heroes recorded in the legendary Langya Records. Sui Dynasty was the final winner. But it didn't work out well as the Emperor of Sui became quite a tyrant and the true power that gave Sui the right to rule finally had it and step out. Sui fell like a nothing and Tang took over.

I love Dynasty Warriors. Been playing since the 2nd one. But gotta love Samurai Warriors more. They have way better fighting mechanics
