@@vojtechhavranek1176 mostly, yes. This has also been reported on the battlefield, where they've noted that they're becoming rare. Last month, only 9 of these systems were destroyed, a record low. That said, North Korea still has a lot of them, so there's a possibility Russia will beg for those.
