As a bicycle mechanic for over 20 years this video is pretty good however I highly advise removing the brake pads any bit of mineral oil contamination into the pads will pretty much destroy them and cause your brakes to not work as well or squeal like a banshee.

@@traviseller3770 Hi Travis, just curious, any thoughts on what model of MAGURA e-MTB brakes would be a great upgrade for the Vsett 10+ ? If you want a quick and easy temporary fix I have found that you can get a massage gun and go ham on the lines to get the trapped air to the top instead of removing the whole caliper. I figured out that it does a good enough job to last you about a year and it takes exponentially less time the less handy you are with tools. I happen to have all the tools I could ever need but I don’t want to spend 2 hours bleeding brakes then realigning everything alongside the chance of stripping and losing screws (just how it is for me).
It’s literally half hour max for front and rear bleed. Buddy made a 5 min vid on doing the front while explaining (sure it’s cut up but they didn’t remove the work or explanation) the massage gun would take forever comparatively. What’re you gonna do when you HAVE to replace the fluid? lol
Guys, when syringes connected, lay down the stem, so oil is not rinsing out as much on the wheel disconnection. Also caution with o-ring on deposit, don’t lose, screw it into the bolt, don’t push it over the thread. Fill up deposit to top at end.
@@RevRides360 i see because you did not show it on the video. your video tutorial is good but problem is. for us beginer's that iwant to learn your video seems to be fast and shortcut. if you can upload a more detailed video it will help me more thanks.
Hey there! Here's some tips on fixing wheel wobbles: 1. Have your air pump ready - we're about to deflate and re-inflate the tire. 2. Fully deflate the tire. 3. Using your hands, grab the "base" of the tire where it meets the rim, and massage the tire. The goal here is to loosen the tire from the rim in hopes that it'll seat straighter. 4. Repeat this process all around the tire. 5. Inflate the tire enough to feel the pressure, but where you can still massage the bead of the tire. 6. At this pressure, repeat steps 3 and 4. 7. Fully inflate the tire and give it a spin.
