      Wood would be nice if it was my private residence, but as a rental people will just use it as a chopping board I’m gonna tile it

      @ yes but they can’t destroy hardwood only soft, the problem is the hardwood cost a fortune.

      @@passivenomads prefabricated kitchen units are often/usually made of mdf - termites would quickly destroy such units.
      lots of house roof frames are made of coconut timber in the philippines - cheapest timber, but low density/strength, and unless treated, gets destroyed by termites.

      I told the guy in mad auto that the discount is not a good sign for his job they’re obviously having money problems and he said no they’ve just got far too much stock lately they wanna get rid of It’s a deal of a lifetime really you could buy the cars at that price sit on them for one year and sell them for a fat profit I believe specially with the inflation in Madagascar. You could even drive round in the car for a year and sell it and get your money out in full.

      shame it is not right time yet for me to buy,that Renault would be cheaper than it is in Europe and i wouldn't want those shitty turbo engines anyway
