he low key sounds like a high school kid presenting a school project
Rest in piece SRT! You will be missed!
Loved the “Turbo Toys” stages available for the SRT4. Sad those days are behind us.
I have a 2017 SRT Grand Cherokee. Love it. I know 3 brothers who all had the SRT ram at the same time lol
Wow that would be an awesome fleet of trucks 😂
I have a 08 Jeep SRT8 and love it
14 SRT Jeep on my driveway!
Did their mom buy them for her siblings ?
Lots of waterpumps go bad from as low as 12k miles.
I've had 3 SRT vehicles - 2009 SRT Challenger w/6.1L/ 6M from 2009 to 2013, 2012 SRT Challenger w/6.4 / 6M from 2013 to 2019, and 2016 SRT Challenger Hellcat w/6.2L /8A from 2019 to present. Each of them have been an improvement on the previous one. I think that I may have an SRT addiction?....
Man, I can’t wait for the Durango Hellcat and the Charger Hellcat Redeye!
Hey
I owned a 2008 SRT4 Dodge Caliber. Little thing was nice. Took it out of state a few times got good gas mileage. Then traded it for a 2019 SRT8 Jeep Cherokee. Love the SRT brand.
I still love my 07 Jeep SRT8 she might be old but she still breaks necks! And puts a smile on my face 🎱
The 06-10 Charger SRT8 is a beauty.
I agree it looks incredible
@@MarspeedCars what happened to the 2015-2018 srt 392 chargers/challengers after the 2018 model year? Did they not sell well?
Yeah didn’t sell well at all I think around 800 by 2018. The Scat Pack had the exact same performance just a few less features and Hellcat had it all. Srt 392 was stuck at a weird price point between the two and just added SOME of the Hellcat features so nobody saw the point in paying for that one. That’s why they cut it out it should have never really been a model imo
@@MarspeedCars yep most buyers prefer the sactpacks & hellcats instead of the srt 392's Unfortunately the srt 392's did slot between the sactpacks and hellcats & plus people won't buying them because the sactpacks & srt 392's share the 6.4L hemi v8 & it confused some buyers, So that's why the srt 392 chargers/challengers where killed off. Even we know they not bad submodel cars. Even the srt 392 chargers/challengers are good cars for those buyers who want a sactpack & a hellcat all into one, unfortunately sales didn't catch up & they cancel it & there's no reason for dodge to keep the srt 392 charger/challenger. So can you add to your major flaws and why it got cancelled Series of the dodge charger/challenger srt 392 if you get a chance? The question is why people buy them even we know srt 392 replaced the srt8 for 2015 refresh & we wish the hellcat replaced the srt8 for the 2015 refresh in the first place but that's how dodge engineers want it. Unfortunately the srt 392 chargers & challengers where stuck at a weird niche & plus it didn't quite fit the srt brand strategy.
Caliber SRT-4 is my daily driver and I love it! 6 speed manual and with a tune it will wake up real quick. It's too much fun to drive and hearing the turbo is therapy to me 🤘🏼
Is it normal?
The magnum SRT8 is one of my favourites
deadass bro i want one so bad
Some are still too expensive because the owners think they have the greatest thing on earth.
I have the only srt8 model from what ive seen, people only have rt and regular models,, i havent even seen the chrysler 300 srt8 , either 300c or regular
I Only have srt8 model, where im from**
Nathan Alcauter it is really weird that the srt 8s are in specific areas. I have seen multiple 300 srt8s but only one mag srt8. Im one of two rts that i have seen in my area. The magnums are all v6s.
The Neon SRT4 has a top speed of 155, not 103. And the Caliber SRT4 was paired with a 6 speed manual.
The Chrysler 300 SRT8 would always be my favorite
Great video showed this to my dad since we both work at CDJR dealership
I always loved the 300 SRT8 more than even the challenger and charger SRT8s
I drive a 2018 Dodge Durango SRT 392 and I LOVE it!!!!
big and fast damn
What a GREAT video!!! Thanks for posting it!!!
This was my favorite review video yet! Holy crap that Tomahawk is absolutely sick. I sure hope I get to see that model hit the streets some day.
I hope so too.🙏
I pray the new generation charger has a v8 option.
A V8 Hybrid would be the best!
Srt 6 is an Amg
That Dodge charger SRT8 in the photo Is a gem.... The natural wide body it has ... Its timeless...
You forgot the '02 - '04 300M Special. It was an "unbranded" SRT product. It was built by the same team that became SRT.
tayl0rd yup
Damn never knew about that, you learn something every day I guess! Thanks for pointing that out
Not really the pt gt is more srt than the 300m special it had a 5 horse power difference than the 300m my brother owned 3 of them 2 regulars and 1 special 👎nothing srt about that but the badges and charger exhaust note
Not really, being is that the 99-04 300m was really supposed to be the second gen Eagle Vision.
@@timothywebb6689 Very true. i have a 04 300m special. 5 extract hp is only due to the exhaust .
Thank You I have a 2004 SRT-10 Ram glad you did this.
Have a 2007 Charger SRT8 Super Bee. I did the SRT Track Experience when I owned an SRT4. Nice video!
Number 1: I love your videos
Number 2: I dont own an srt yet but that hellcat widebody charger is gonna be mines.
Keep up the great work.
I want a 5.7 /392 Chally so bad! SRT FTW! Thanks for sharing this!
A couple of SRT-4 errors. The Neon SRT-4 had a top speed of 153MPH not 103MPH and the Caliber SRT-4 only came with a 6 speed manual not a 6 speed automatic.
Love this channel
Outstanding video!
I really want to see a return of the SRT6 that would've been cool if Dodge had done it with the Dart but if they plan to redesign the Journey that would be a good since to use it.
i think they’re actually replacing the Journey
They are getting rid of the journey
If FCA decides to hop on the bandwagon of new I6 engines. Then you would most likely see your srt6 on something.
Srt-6 was mercedes...
Most underrated car RUclips channel
The Neon is really the only one I'd be interested in. Kinda wished they have a SRT-4 Dart or something
I know FCA is taking their sweet time to redesign the charger and a challenger just to piss me off!! Oh btw great detail and informative video as always👍👍
Dodge caliber has a 6 speed manual, I'm pretty sure it does
It does
@@jesselent7894 bro, it's a good car. People give that srt-4 way too much shit when in all reality it's actually pretty good
Caliber SRT-4 is my daily driver and I love it! 6 speed manual and with a tune it will wake up real quick. It's too much fun to drive and hearing the turbo is therapy to me 🤘🏼
Not putting the neon srt4 on the cover is criminal, it's the OG of the SRT game
SRT > AMG 🔥🔥🔥🍻
Lmfao no brother.
@@mosquitogzz 😵😵😵
iNeverHad Mercy amg then SRT
@@mosquitogzzwtf dude😂
Yeaaah 🎉
Added to my SRT8 play list.👍
Wow, this takes me back.
Great video. There’s my car at 9:41 😁
I’ve always wondered where srt came from finally found the answer thanks man
Awesome 😎
I have a 2005 300SRT, my mom has a 2004 SRT4, and my sister had a 2005 SRT6 for about 3 years. All cars were purchased new. My mom’s car has less than 30k on the clock and my 300 has 145k, but still looks sharp. I missed the 1 year window to participate in the SRT Driving Experience.
Fast forward to February of this year and I bought my second SRT vehicle this time a 2018 Durango. Despite it being used car the SRT Driving Experience is available once for each VIN#. The previous owner did not use it so I signed up for the early May session, unfortunately due to the C-19 it got canceled. Looking at the fall for the next possible time to attend.
Magnum SRT8. I went to Track Experience in Pa. w/ my wife. We loved it. My SRT is still a consistent 13.101- 13.189@ 107... That's 23 time slips at 4 tracks over 11 years. She 160k+ miles on her. I must not have gotten a Monday or Friday built car. Still love her will never part with it. My 2 sons, now 19 & 21 who grew up in the car and were my pit crew, argue who gets it. I told them whomever does, I want my wife's and my ashes to kept in some type of custom "urn" in the car. The car was a gift from my wife. Curious question, if you know or could find out. How many Silver with optional sunroof and navigation systems were made ? I know 555 silver 06's were made but sometime "options" dictate true rarity. Especially in the Mopar world.
tell me about it picked up another wk1 07 &It doesn't have DVD Like the last 1...forsure a rare Option
I hope they make the tomahawk soon that’s my favorite car of all time
Only 15 years away 😂
Don’t forget to save up for the suit too lol.
I would suggest getting it in black along with a cape cowl utility belt and mixed martial arts, Parkour training because that thing is the freakin Batmobile
I know, that thing is ridiculous.
I like the Durango , but really want a new Magnum 6.4. Hot rod wagons are so cool.
Thank you.
I have a 06 300SRT and love it. I've been a Mopar man all the way out. I've got 66 Coronet 4dr (318 poly)< great engine. 66 Charger (383) 67 Coronet 500 (383) 68 Baracuda (225) 87 Charger 2.2 92 Dodge 250 (360Cummins) . I love the SRT and would purchase a new one but those f'ers won't sell me one.
I have an 06 an 07 and a 08 Chrysler 300 srt8. Just got a 10 srt8 challenge going to put the 6 speed trans in my 08. We love the chrysler 300s we have in my family 12 of them. I can't stop buying them and fixing them up.
Been eyeing an '07 GC SRT since its release. Love what they've done to the line since.
Best srt model created and soon to be classic imo
Rude Gwal Russell honestly it’s such a eye catcher!
I love my 09 SRT8 Challenger 🖤🖤🖤
Had two SRT's 11 392 and now a 19 Hellkitty
We're calling them hellkitty now? What happened to hellpussy?
🔥🔥🏁👊
I’m thinking about getting a 300 srt8 from 2012-14, anyone have any thoughts/ things to look out for?
I'm quite curious can you do a video on like there Ram 1500 and 2500 and what were their flaws and stuff like that your videos teach me a lot like to learn more about my truck
Hey Bro, private message me if you want. I have a 16 big horn Hemi and modified and I'm not trying to toot my own horn but I know a lot about cars, especially everything FCA. I'd be more than happy to help you. Can you tell me what years your 1500 and 2500 are. Also, what motors for each and transmissions.
Badass vehicles and in my opinion hot AF looking.
I do love the 2013 Dodge Challenger srt 10 which i dont know if you included that version of the old srt challenger.
Never knew the performance stats varied so much between the models of the 6.1s. Why do you think the 300 was a little quicker than the challenger and charger variants?? Weight?
I have 2012 charger SRT and I can never replace it
Proud owner of a GEN IV VIPER.
There have been rumors about different variations of a new inline 6 coming out from FCA and the latest I heard about 2 weeks ago is that it is a FOR SURE deal. I've read that each version will be about 3 liters and come in N/A form to multiple turbo forms. Starting HP is supposed to range from around 250hp - 550hp and loads of torque being an inline engine. In fact, it's supposed to out torque the 5.7 pound for pound. Supposedly, the engines were supposed to launch several months ago but Covid delayed the launch. This engine could potentially replace the 5.7 in the Ram's, Chargers, Challengers, etc. I seriously hope they launch these engines and I will buy another FCA vehicle in a heartbeat. Just have to decide which one. Can you imagine the aftermarket parts once the engine has been out a year or 2?!?
Yeah that’s all accurate to me! Made a video on the inline in maybe November 2019 and will do an update one soon. Only thing is many mopar guys hate to see the 5.7 go or start to be cut, but that’s the way of the world I guess :(
You know man, I agree about the 5.7 because it is arguably 1 of the most iconic engines ever designed and built and I love my Hemi. However, FCA is doing it right with the I6 instead of V6 and I have no doubt they’ll do it right. I’m even willing to bet that some versions of the engine will put torque the 5.7 and they’ll have a more consistent torque curve. Normally, I would NEVER consider a 6 over the 5.7 but I have a feeling it’s going to be a bad ass engine. Of course FCA did it right by making the foundation an in-line engine vs a v configuration otherwise I would have no interest. I know I said this before but the aftermarket potential should eventually be amazing too!
I love your content btw and really appreciate it!! It’s very informative and I always love a die hard Mopar/FCA like me! I wanted to ask if you might have any updates regarding the Cuda, whether or not it’s in the works, etc.
I thought I’d share a bit of info with you since I’m bugging you 😊. You may already know this but there are certain high end off shore race boats that actually use modified Viper engines in them and they are quite sick. I can send you a couple links if you’re interested. Man I miss the Viper! Nothing can touch TT Vipers, especially Calvo and Nth Moto. Anyway, I’ll shut up for now. Thanks a ton for the great content!!
I waiting on that SRT Tomahawk
Ram teased us on Twitter about the TRX and it’s showcasing soon
Mar... Buddy, the video was of your usual great standards, but something left me baffled (as someone who has been around car dealers for so long).
The photo on 0:42 was of Bob Lutz (The Man, as he puts it in his former back-page column In a car magazine) or it was of a certain JOHN ZACHARIAS DE LOREAN (if it was him, that would be HIS car, the infamous DMC-12)? I just want to know....
Happpy for anyone that owns an srt 💯
Owned a 2005 neon srt4 loved it and the exhaust sounded so good, some biotch hit me and totalled it :(
You said the caliber srt4 was matched to an automatic trans! You're wrong!! They were only matched to the 6 speed!
I've got the last year for the first gen SRT8 challengers, which is 2010 and 6.1s the mill. I've thought about getting one with 392, but will probably go with a Hellcat if I did. Mainly because there's not a significant difference between it, & what I've got and can get more power if I add a blower. Can you imagine how much the first SRT would be worth, and wonder where that Viper is today
Why did you show a picture of John DeLorean when you mentioned Bob Lutz? Lol
He is the father of the GTO, the DMC and the SRT lol............
Enjoyed the presentation but need to correct the photo at 0.4sec. That’s John Delorean not Bob Lutz. I have a plum crazy 2018 SRT Demon and love ever minute in the car. The performance and sound is out of this world. There is some road noise with the loss of insulation but not intrusive at all. It’s comfortable and floats along on the slicks until you hit the pedal hard. Contrary to most of the reviews it’s easy to drive and manage if you drive it normally. But pushing the pedal to the floor without a plan will likely kill you.
The caliber srt4 came with a six speed manual transmission, not a automatic.
its sure does :D
I have one now!
Love my 392 🏎💨💨
srt inline 6, or srt inline 8, or a srt diesel?
Since I tried Durango SRT in FH4, I'm in love with it. But lack of RHD Durangos makes me kinda sad to know that I Won't be able to experience driving one.
10:44 mark - Crushing SRT upbadged Scatpack owners hearts. “bUt I hAvE SRT pAgEs tOo!”
You've got to redo this next year lol
I have a 2006 Jeep srt....one of the best cars you’ll ever own
Looking to maybe buy a used (or new if it is possible) 2020 Dodge Challenger RT later this year or early next year, anyone have any experience with these cars? I currently own a 09 Charger SXT
Can’t really go wrong with the 2015 and up in my opinion, awesome 8-speed tranny, reliable 5.7 engine, lots of aftermarket stuff
Any questions you have on any models? I've owned a lots of models from the sxt to the police pack v8 awd, scat pack. I have experience with a lot of charger amd challengers maybe I can help
I managed to run a 4.32s 0-60 in my 6.1L Charger. I was trying to figure out if it just clocked it 5mph early or something bcuz I should never be able to run that low of a time in a stock 6.1L. I used the timer built into the car. Other than the 4.32, My best time was a 4.62s which is more believable. But maybe I did just have a perfect run idk.
The way I see it is if you have a 2020 Elantra SE like me, any of these are an upgrade including the RT models. All these people talk about which is faster and all that but all I care about is if it sounds good and if it's fun
Im about to get a Scat Pack Charger in a few weeks. Its has an SRT engine but wont technically be labled an SRT.
Do it. You won’t regret it. I have a Challenger Scat Pack. They are awesome cars. I’m proud my car is an R/T with many SRT upgrades. No, they are not the fastest car, but they are still damn fast as hell and they handle way better than people think.
@@hasanmichael4966 if I want fast Id get something else. The Charger 392 are quick and handle well for daily driving......and they look great. In about 2 years Im looking to get a 01-05 Turbo 996 Porsche 911, a 08-2013 Nissan GTR R35, or a 04-06 Dodge Viper for my next fast car. 😁👍
I hope Dodge comes back out with a Viper but with a option of the pentastar V6 or a hemi V8 but both models with 8 speed automatic transmission only
I love the 2006-2010 dodge charger srt-8 in black or a superbee and that would be a dream
The Tomahawk looks like someone mated the 2nd gen Tesla Roadster and an f1 car
Still waiting for a new SRT4 or 6 from FCA
Might come in the upcoming years as all the manufacturers are downsizing their engines
Wk1srt8 ftw 🥰
I want the tomahawk.
You gonna have to wait 15 more years buddy.😏
Never owned a SRT vehicle before but aiming to get the Crossfire SRT6 though that's riduculously hard to find, or the PT Cruiser GT(not technically a SRT but has the SRT4 engine)
There is a forum for crossfire and also an international Facebook page where there are constantly cars getting sold.
Yeah that crossfire is absolutely sick and has great performance too, good luck with the search! And yes I totally forgot about the PT GT that’s a nice performance car for what it is
I have one that will be for sale fairly soon.its got 440bhp. If you click on me you can see my vid 👍. Im in the UK
What about the Durango Hellcat and the Charger Hellcat Redeye?
Your pic of Bob Lutz is actually one of John DeLoreon
R.I.P. Street & Racing Technology :(
SRT4 top Speed of 103?? I let off at 140 in my 2005. Didnt want to hit a deer. It was still pulling hard..
Id argue my 2019 Scatpack as being in the SRT line since it says SRT on the info display when starting up and also write ups at the dodge dealer.
The Caliber and Crossfire both came with a 6 speed manual also.
No automatic srt caliber 6 speed manual only
Wasn’t there a 90s ram with the srt10 engine?
i think so...it was detuned tho
I miss the Viper ACR models
You forgot the hellephant
Finally there is a Durango hellcat. The trackhawk will still be my favorite suv though
I have an 18 and it’s awesome
Frank Tank 18 Durango or trackhawk. If you have the trackhawk you’re one lucky man
Cinnamon Toast Crunch I have a Trackhawk and the old lady has a Durango SRT. We have only had them about 2 months but they are awesome!
Frank Tank bro the trackhawk is my dream car/suv.
Jeep SRT!!!!
I like the Viper truck (Ram 1500 SRT10
Thanks for the Scat Pack shout out. I have a 2018 Challenger SP. It’s like an R/T on steroids.
That original SRT neon had a top speed of 103 mph that doesn't sound very accurate because I've seen those cars pass me on the highway while I was doing at least 110 cruising
Of all the engines that SRT modified, why wasn’t the 4.7 V8 Magnum ever done? Yeah it had a H.O. version but still you’d think it would have gotten the SRT treatment.
