Woohoo! It’s funny you can tell in this last one the camera guys were sleep deprived as well, they are the real hero’s of this challenge! They were working, walking, hiking, climbing on foot for 24 hours straight, way to go guys! On my Jeep, turned out it was the inner shaft that let go that second time. Behind the scenes video on my channel just dropped today. Great event guys, thanks Marvin for putting it on!
@@JonWSr Something would have let go, I'm just glad it wasnt the ring and pinion. They didnt show it but it was wedged while we maneuvered around for about 10 minutes trying everything to get it dislodged from that crevice.
Awesome videos, definitely don't think a "harder" trail is required next year. This level of bad ass is perfect any more and it's all buggy territory and the best part is watching a JK or the Jeepster actually wheeling them not winching the whole thing. Love this event keep it up
So hyped for this episode! I noticed Marvin’s front axle hopping around sometime during last episode. I was about to comment on how it probably caused the driveshaft failure when everyone spotting you noticed it too haha. Glad y’all saw that before it caused something really bad. This is probably my favorite series on RUclips, thanks for the great entertainment!
It's good to see Marvin out on trails like this...he's learning a lot about off-roading and rock crawling and getting better as time goes on. Keep up the good work!!!!!
13:26 oof, ouch, and owie even. The way Matt’s rear tire got sucked up into that crack and just locked up really sucks. His buggy is so damn cool and that Jag they’re building is really sweet.
@marvin post a video of everyone's rig as an update aftermath of them rigs. Like what happened to yours and others. No that they had time to go over there rigs back at home. Great 24 hours hell and back. Can't wait for the next one. Party on like it's 1999.
Absolutely the best 24HnB …this terrain is what I dream of wheeling on! All the competitors are very likable and I’d wheel with any of them…assuming my rig would last. Whomever owns this property deserves thanks for opening it up for this!
I don't know how you pick who comes to wheel the hell and back with you but your crew is hard core! Would love to run into you or any of these guys on a trail. Hats off brother
An incredible event. Some awesome rigs, and some awesome friendships made or rekindled I am sure. Thanks so much for making the effort to share this with us all. Greeting and thumbs up from South Africa.
I like the way Ian drives, more my style, crawl it not so much hit it with horsepower and hope for the best. Ian if you offer driving lessons sign me up brother!
I gotta say after all the hell and backs and other events I have watched with all the different groups from flex, rock and rollovers, bleepin Jeep, rockstar garage and ext. Ian has one of the most reliable jeeps out on the trail I have watched every video these boys put out on their different channels and I think I seen Ian’s jeep down maybe once and then he got it fixed and meet them on the trail and finished. Absolutely amazing driving from all the guys and glad everyone made it out safe
Wow you can just see the difference from when these men start to when they finish in their faces. These boys are tired and running straight off adrenaline at the end. Glad you all made it off the trail and can’t wait to see what they do with omg can’t think of his name but Marvin’s buddy’s jeep now that the motor finally blew up. I know if you put that boy in a jeep with a bigger motor it’s gonna get rowdy bc that boy absolutely loves his skinny pedal. Thanks to all you gentlemen and I’m glad you’re all safe.
Nobody wins. It’s a team challenge. Everyone that made it to the end on their own power, is a winner. I guess you can say that Busted Knuckle Matt and Grus both have the least pink helmets… therefore you can count those guys as winners.
Private landowner allowing folks to wheel? Awesome. Kudos to this person. With liabilities and such, it takes guts. Someone will break or worse, and sue. I only hope the off road community doesn’t have anyone like that. Keep this trail clean folks
@FlexRocksRollovers ok cool but maybe some obstacles dont need wheel speed lol trade speed for precision control LOL. For some obstacle that requires crawling that would be awesome
@@JeanAndréDuPreez srlsy. wheel speed and dual cases arent mutually exclusive, its just another tool in the box. i can select exactly what gear i want to have the wheel speed i want with the pedal sensitivity i want while making sure im at the right rev range to take advantage of it. a lot less bouncing and wheel spinning and broken parts. as a west coast toyota guy watching east coast jeepers is a little painful haha. some sketchy ledges tho, nicely done everyone.
Ive a question for the wheelin guys... Anyone use a throttle to keep engine rpm at certain speeds? Seems it could be very useful to help crawl instead of using the gas pedal to on or off acceleration.
How about that wildcard Jason who finished with a -1 pink helmet in a home built rig done on nights after working all day and weekends. Lots of great rigs and drivers but in my opinion he’s the mvp this time

Yeah, those shots were real shaky on this video. Those guys were working! ...Were there donuts and coffee at the end of the rainbow?
@@SwampFeet678 better, there was bacon and pancakes!
Marvin said if you had rcvs it wouldn’t have broke the second time, I disagree, you get a tire wedged like that under power, the axle will let go!!
@@JonWSr Something would have let go, I'm just glad it wasnt the ring and pinion. They didnt show it but it was wedged while we maneuvered around for about 10 minutes trying everything to get it dislodged from that crevice.
@ axle shaft is way easier than the r&p, I’ll take that any day as well.
How will your ever top this one? Such an epic 24 hell and back. Thanks for letting us be a part of it. 👊
Congrats on the Win Matt!
@@RMM--uv7ukthanks the 4 seater never ceases to amaze what it is capable of. I had to work for it but it never let me down.
Add Tim Cameron
Next year, y'all come back and do it backwards like trail mater!
Can’t imagine, what the next HELL and BACK, will bring to the table.
The you Marvin, these events are so AWESOME!
Just noticed, and love that the tan YJ was at cleetus mcfarland shows and now is here!
Glad my worlds are colliding!
Yes that’s him!!
Kudos to the camera crew. Thanks for capturing this event.
The true heros of every 24 Hell and Back!

Yeah absolutely. We found out limits with that one! ☝️
We have a whole other batch of obstacles and trails like this on the property we diddnt hit. Maybe next year 🧐
24 Hell and Back just keeps getting better. 👍
I really like that paint job on Marvin's rig. Love the series. Thank to all for taking us along.

Been waiting for this! Awesome rigs, gnarly terrain, great company, good times! Keep it up!
This was an awesome 24 Hell and back Marvin!! Super exciting and fun videos. This whole episode was awesome!!😎
Those trails are awesome, enjoyed all the videos🤟 can’t wait for the next 24hr hell and back 💪

Great to hear man! Yeah, the property owner is awesome! This was off road paradise! What an epic spot!
Excellent content Marvin, looking forward to take you guys to enjoy some muddy trails here in Brazil.
We need to go back right after a good rain. I think malaria will be a beat down hill wet. Bring the dish soap, lets get rowdy
Oh man I’m super down after the suspension overhaul!
I kept waiting for the “tie breaker” between you and @JasonGrus! Hopefully Jason gets a callback, @Marvin.
What a nice morning surprise! So ready for this after a long good day of TJ snow wheeling on Saturday.
Got to be to best Hell and Back.
Loved watching. Thank you
Good stuff, guys. This has been a badass event. Marvin, you seem like a cool guy to go wheeling with.

Good morning Marvin. Can’t wait to check it out.
That is a badass 24 hr.hell n back great rigs awesome drivers and crew
The whole event was epic. Everyone was in great spirits and the wheeling was amazing
Thank you Marvin for the most awesome non stop top notch wheelin content man! For YEARS! You have a heck of a team surrounding you! So rad man.
Hell yeah morning release
Yeah… our editor Janni was sick and we just didn’t have a choice the last 2 times.
I like the way Ian drives, more my style, crawl it not so much hit it with horsepower and hope for the best. Ian if you offer driving lessons sign me up brother!
I agree, I'm the same. Less is more right. Rather than hammer down.
Sometimes you gotta hammer down

Eastern wheelin for the win! Where you actually have to work for your traction!
What a great series!
The next Hell and Back is Johnson Valley. All the Hammers trails. 🥸
Im down
When will you be doin' a 24 Hell and Back Adventure again??? Those vids were so damn to watch :)
We are working on the next one fam! Stay tuned!

Looked like a great time, thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Another incredible series. Thank you.😎 👍

Another great video and a hell of a video series.
Perfect way to start my day sitting in a crane 😅 thanks 🙏
That green Jeep/buggy is really cool and capable.
I need to see if they've got a build video on that thing.
I love these videos. Always amazing people and wheeling.
Great Hell and Back. Watching from Canada. 🇨🇦
Best 24 Hell & Back Ever!!!
What an insane 24hr hell and back! 🤘🏻
Real hardcore well done!!
So who won, was it Grus? Watched the entire series and I’m left confused
Nobody wins. It’s a team challenge. Everyone that made it to the end on their own power, is a winner. I guess you can say that Busted Knuckle Matt and Grus both have the least pink helmets… therefore you can count those guys as winners.
Very nice trail and look like awesome wheeler
Great job you guys look like fun

Got smart and stopped that 5PM nonsense
We had no choice unfortunately. Our editor Janni was sick and a bit behind.
@@FlexRocksRolloversI was thinking something like that happened
East coast trips are the best 👍
Wow! Epic! More!!
2024 24 hour was awesome! Can’t wait for 2025!
This year is gonna be wild!!
I need to know how Ian gets his hair to disregard the helmet lol
Its not hairspray. Its JB weld
I believe it
This was the absolutely the best 24 Hell and Back yet!
Wincing is wheeling I like that.
The best!
You can tell how tired everyone is by this video it’s great 😂
Thanks enjoyable 24 hell and back hopefully last time won’t need that again yep here’s another pink helmet 😅
Geile Scheiße 👌 weiter so Jungs 💪👍
Dank dir 🤘🤘
Not that it really matters but Tyler Garrett definitely winched on hot dog hill
Hi Guys. I like your videos. I got a qeustion for you all. Does anyone of you ever thought of fitting a dual transfer case on the rigs
Very popular in the Toyota world. Out here we need wheel speed though

The procharged yj has a doubler setup in it
The Willy’s winched on hotdog as well

When are you going to come back to Texas again ?
Guys has anyone also thought of trying a Unimog on those trails
Jake Burkey looks like Wheeler Walker Jr
Would be a sick trail for dirtbikesbut my crew wouldn’t enjoy it like I would😂
1 hour gang
The real hero of this trip was Ian’s winch.
Quality not available?
Cool
Let’s gooo! Finale!!
but who won???
Anyone that drove off the trail not broke.
🙃

Why aren't the warn winches using wireless remotes?
i dunno if this is the case with these guys but the wireless remotes are less reliable and many were recalled a couple years ago.
100th like!!!
WOOOOOOOOOOOF
nah, 1550 40 spline shafts
Man, another epic adventure! Absolutely awesome!
Only part way through the video, so if the mystery is solved later.. sorry. My wonder is if the tubes are spinning
Awesome series!
