Tempo, Lusterka and Gaja are my top 3 as well. If we were to send a ballad: for me Hold the Light or In cosmic mist should be our choice imo, because i know they will be great live
17:48 well it actually does not have any Polish, the language is Podlachian, which is considered like a dialect of Belarusian spoken in parts of Poland
I think Justyna is the best choice from polish top 10 but witcher tarohoro was much better than current song and jann with gladiator also. Jan would be the best song from all of Polish Eurovision participants
Im glad you enjoy the songs! I think we really have a good selection this year, i will be very happy with whoever televote decides to send. There's a couple of smaller artists in the line up so please everyone go support them if you like their songs ❤️🩹 A bit of info on Hold the light, it was co written with Teya (esc 2023) and Tom who co-produced The Code so i think that's why it doesn't have any lines in polish although Dominik music is mainly in Polish.
Fun fact is that Sara James (JESC 2021) qualified for selections with song "Tiny Heart" but she refused to compete due her personal thoughts bout her song
First time I’m proud of Poland for its national selection. Each one has potential and I will feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t qualify. For the radio I would actually say Gaja was my least favourite but I understand how she probably has the most potential for the Eurovision stage. I hope to see them all succeed in the future though!
If Justyna wins the preselection, she will beat Anna Vissi's record in the longest break in representing the country at Eurovision (26 years between her performance in 1980 and 2006, 24 including her participation for Cyprus in 1982). It will be 30 years
Lusterka is sung in the Podlachian language (a blend of Polish, Belarusian, Ukrainian and Lithuanian) that is spoken by only 30k people in Poland. Poland has rich folklore and quite many ethnic groups or minorities, there are Kashubians, Silesians, Lemkos, Podlashuks etc. I'm rooting for Sw@da X Niczos, finally something fresh and interesting from Poland, because for the last few years we've been sending out crappy songs in English.
Cześć , witam z Polski ❤ You are Amazing , thanks for a good reaction ❤ My top 10- 1. Justyna Steczkowska 2. Swada & Niczos 3. Dominik Dudek 4. Sonia Maselik 5. Chrust 6. Daria Marx 7. Janusz Radek 8. Kuba Szmajkowski 9. Marien 10. Tynsky
I can't catch a break: Wanted Dominik in 2023 but Jann became the public fav and the Juries were all in on Blanka, Dominik didn't enter in 2024 or he did. I just dont know his song, Ended up wanting Justyna but Juries again went for somthing else, Now Dominik is back and I would love him for 2025 completely my type of song but I fear Justyna is the publics choice and has come back to haunt me for not being selected last year. Damn give my boy Dom a break
Do you actually know the format of the show Kuba did that in? It wasn't blackface at all, especially cause Poland doesn't have a history of black people slavery... What you say is really hurtfull to Kuba and the show. Even if you believe its blackface its more of the producers fault than Kuba's , so
@ blackface is blackface & it does not matter if the country is linked to slavery or not. if a white or white-passing person decides to do an impersonation of a black person, it is called blackfacing, whether kuba‘s intentions were not intended to be malicious or offensive, the reception of this is as such. i cannot remember the title of the show, but kuba impersonated kendrick lamar & performed humble on stage. ironically, the message of the song is contrary to what kuba did.
this year regardless of who wins I will be sad that someone lost. for example I know Dominik Dudek from the format the voice of poland who won and I know that he will simply do great with this song. I also think that Kuba will do a good show - his choreographies are great, for example with lovesick. But I am still 99% sure that Justyna will win, because all of Poland is behind her. For example, as a believer I am not convinced. It seems like a cool song but I feel that it offends my faith
Lusterka! Love the message of it - you can be Polish and celebrate cross border minorities. People can speak Ukrainian and Belarusian and to feel Polish but mostly 100% Podlasian 😁 we have minorities in every country, it is the right time to celebrate it. You can speak 100% russian and to be and feel Ukrainian. Make music not war :)
That "Lusterka" song is not in Polish 🤷♂I don't want my country to be represented in Ukrainian or Belarussian or whatever that is. Why would it be? Ukraina will not sing in Polish for sure. They will not give us points, as they could, so why this eastern flavour in Polish song? It's no for me. Though, the song is interesting and catchy. Just not to represent us. We have our own slavic soul. ✌🙂

Fun fact, Justyna was at Eurovision in 95 so its her 30 anniversary this year! Another reason why it would be neat to have her represent Poland now
Very strong preselection!
Good quality Poland! 🇵🇱🔥🏆
This year Poland have good songs
Yeah... I'm kind of surprised but I actually like most if not all of those songs. Which doesn't happen often with our preselections. xD

Justyna and GAJA is the best 🇵🇱❤️🔥
fun fact: Teya (Austria 2023) is one of the writers of Hold The Light
and also in the writing of the song Let It Burn took part those who were responsible for Euphoria and Tatoo,l which won
Justyna must win!!❤
Gaja for eurovision!🎉

Justyna should have been at Eurovision last year… lost by 1 point and because of the jury. I hope she won’t be robbed this year, please God
Hold the light and Gaja:)
Gaja is very reasonable choice.
The only three options for me are Gaja, Lusterka, and Tempo!
But also remember that Kuba did blackface last year on a Polish television show.
