loved this discussion! im here drinking my scotch and smoking my cigar! had a great time and really enjoyed this discussion. this discussion really hits me as my family was destroyed by alcohol with my parents splitting up when i was young. thank God i did not follow my fathers ways. i can honestly say that my father is three years sober but a bit to late. saint joseph ora pro nobis!

No problem with drinking in moderation; however, there is a genetic tendency to alcholism. If this is in your family, be very careful. This genetic is very strong in those with an Irish/ Celtic heritage. However, when it comes to inhaling a toxic substance like tobacco, the message should always be no ! It is going to be so interesting to see how this is address!

I’ll be honest, I wish there was a bigger discussion about keeping one’s physical health and especially, strength training/athleticism, than whether alcohol/tobacco have a proverbial whiff of sanctity.

Jesus' first miracle was converting water into wine! And no it wasn't grape juice either as many like to preach in other religions.

I think we're down to about 6 locations for Trappist Beer. 3 in Belgium, 1 in Germany, 1 in France and 1 in England.

@@josephclohosey4536 Don't forget Monk's Cafe in Philadelphia, the only contract brewed Trappist in the USA that I know of.

and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
