Chalo homework done, part 2 next week?
You’re extremely nice, thank you.
*Pierce Brosnan
U forgot Michael Douglas in wall street
You must be so bored
Sayli Bhagat Everyone uses time in different ways.
These zoom podcasts are working pretty well for me because today I was watching one of TISS’s zoom episodes while my online classes were being conducted and my father peeped into my phone checking whether I’m attending the classes or not, at the very first instant I thought I was caught but little did I know that my father considered this podcast to be the online class that I was attending .Damn! This podcast saved my life today, thanks to you guys.
Thakur, you are undoubtedly the glue that binds TISS. Great going. Varun, please collaborate more with other comedians on live streams, etc. Lot of people ask for you on other streams.
Ashutosh Rana in Sangharsh is probably the scariest villain in Bollywood.
Moot nikal jata tha
Shakti Kapoor in Aag(Govinda/Shilpa Shetty),Blood Pressure badh jaayega guaranteed
Seriously man!!!
Ashutosh Rana as the post man in Dushman
He should have been casted for Laxmi bomb.
56 year old "uncle" here. Loved it - Once again a topic where we boomers knew the references more than the bachcha log. Speaking of small roles with big impact - Jack Nicholson as Col Jessup in "A Few Good Men". Sean Connery as Malone in "The Untouchables". Which brings me finally to my man Denzel. I am an unabashed fan and can write pages about him alone. His style, his dialogues and overall craft are a pleasure to behold. From "We didn't land on Plymouth Rock, Plymouth Rock landed on us" in Malcolm X (1992) to "King Kong ain't got shit on me" in Training Day (2001) to his signature phrase, "my man", Denzel now adds the double entendre "Big Willie and the twins" in Inside Man. When I last checked, I had seen about 30, yes 30, of his movies over the last 30 years! Starting with Mississippi Masala (1991) to Philadelphia (1993), Crimson Tide (1995), The Bone Collector (1999), Out of Time (2003), Man on Fire (2004), Deja Vu (2006), American Gangster (2007), The Equalizer (2014) to Fences (2016) and so many more, Denzel has provided us with smart entertainment over the decades, a testament to the fact that great acting doesn't have to be stiff and boring and self-important.
Love Tiss. I always play any random, interesting, shocking, weird, absurd episode while sketching and it helps me focus. Thanks for the amazing content.
During this pandemic I just need more TISS to get all the negativity out of my head. Love you guys❤️
Dame Judi Dench won an Oscar for playing Queen Elizabeth I for 8 minutes in ‘Shakespeare in Love’.
Nisurg Dhumali Huh?
Missing Aadar with his ‘Aadarisms’ which include Randomly Blurting Facts, ‘Oh Yeahhhh’, ‘Apparently’, Background Changes and his cute face.
Missing?😂 Kidding right. Aadar no-value-to-podcast maalik wasn't here and no one noticed. Like I said before, you can have a piece of wood or a statue vand you'll receive the same output 😂😂😂😂
Rajvansh Chauhan That is a matter of opinion.
Hello Hello Ok, chill out. Let him be.
@@HelloHello-oe7qg Bhai better to be bhakt and nationalist instead of being a dynasty Lutyens cheerleader 🙏
Hello Hello GUYS! Please stop fighting in the comments and kindly keep your personal prejudices in your pocket. Please!
Varun’s Trailer Voice needs to be featured more 😂
i didn't know a lot of the characters but i kept a Google tab open just to keep up with you guys..... it's always fun hearing and watching you guys.... thank you all of you including Aadar 😅
Neville wears Prada.
Underrated comment 🎉
A year back I shifted to Bristol for university . At nights I use to sit back and study and being so accustomed to be around my family I really felt alone. I saw Varun’s story on Insta about podcasts and played the first episode on loop one night. You guys rescued me for those hectic nights. This means so little to everyone but I can never forget how much your chattering ,discussions and very few arguments have changed my outlook towards few small things. I am grateful for all you guys. I graduate end of this year. You guys deserve a part of this too. Thank you ❤️
That's so sweet ❤️
Bristol? Huh?cool

Guys, I was going through the comments in search of a list of all the characters they mentioned
But I found ur comment
Aayush Chhalotre I’m sure someone will put it up.
Akshath Shetty Interesting, but not my favourite.
Audrey Hepburn in 'breakfast at Tiffany', Meryl streep in Julie & Julia, sairose roman in Ladybird n all her performances. N actually Emma Watson in HP❤️
It feels like bawa is giving a confession to the police
Jim Carrey in Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind and Number 23 is just insane!
You guys should consider doing a regular segment on films and visual art forms. Maybe its because the topic is something all of you are passionate about, it just takes the conversation to another level. Thanks guys. Loved it !
People live for weekends, TISS fans live for Tuesday's. 💚
T shirt line 👍
43:16 o captain , my captain ! Thanks Kautuk for mentioning Dead Poets Society .
Robert Downey in tropic thunder and Chaplin, al Pacino in scent of women...
JAKE GYLLENHAAL AS LOU BLOOM IN NIGHTCRAWLER!!!
awesome character...awesome acting 🔥🔥
Aadar: Arey, I have an interesting fact...
Vivek Agnihotri: Facts are not facts.
Vivek is a much braver bollywood guy though compared to the many cowards and druggies over there. And despite early flops, his last two movies were epic!❤️👍
Severely underrated comment
@@IITianProudIndian Oh Arnab Goswami fan. Please keep your non sense to yourself. That man has made total crap in the name of films. He is a pervert who not only harassed Tanushree Datta but has made the most disgusting jokes about Rapes on Twitter. And that pervert, me too accused who writes things like "Men can increase their life by staring at boobs for hours" on twitter is made the Cultural Representative by the govt because the only job that pervert has nowadays is to bark on Goswami's channel and lie incessantly through his films like Tashkent files just to lick the establishment's feet.
@@komalsharma4284 Who let you out?

@ 4:50 what you mentioned about not seeing the shark makes it more frightening is the same principle used by steven Speilberg in his other movie - 'DUEL'(1971)....you never see the driver!
Fantastic movie.
Neville's choices are always great! One of my favorite movies, Mr. Holland's Opus.. Especially when he sings & signs 'Beautiful Boy' for his son!! Simply beautiful!!
You missed Salman Khan in ‘MARIGOLD’. Such method acting. The accent has stayed since.
Saw Shaitaan Haveli finally. Freaking fantastic!!! Waiting for season 2
Watching this from a quarantine center, haven't laughed so much since a week of isolation ❤️❤️. Love to you guys ❤️
@K nope but the older podcasts is what I've been watching all the time
Get well soon!
The character "lou bloom"( Jake gyllenhal) from the movie "Night crawler".
Wish you guys have discussed about that character! Personally always felt the best character development ever.
Nevertheless loved the episode.👍👍👍
Omg so true
Actually villains amplify sensibilities which are suppressed by the audiences in real life. We tend to avoid committing sin for fear of persecution. That’s the reason why great antagonists are so adored
I have been binge watching tiss for so long!!! This is my get away from everything bad happening around!
The End was Perfect for this Podcast.. loved it all the way
Adar missing
This episode is adar adhura 🤣
Nobody:
Arnab : Aadar...... Kahaaaan hai?
Honourable mention : Malabar Cadillac
The best thing about a Tarantino movie is there's always a scene where multiple people are in a spot and tension is brewing and you're sure all hell's gonna break loose but not sure how... simply love that
Love or hate the franchise, Johnny Depp in Pirates. BRUH
I am just in love with these cold opens... You have to make best cold opens in a while...PLEASE!!!
That trailer voice of varun 🔥🔥
Covered many great characters for sure. I feel Daniel Plainview from There Will be Blood should be given more time in any discussion. Some of the ones you guys missed out and I can remember:-
JK Simmons- Whiplash
Javier Bardem- No Country for Old Men
Jodie Foster- Silence of the Lambs
Jack Nicholson- The Shining
Michael Keaton- Birdman
Bill Murray- Groundhog Day
Colin Firth- The King's Speech
Eddie Redmayne- The Danish Girl
Johnny Depp- Sweeney Todd
No mention of Kevin Spacey, he literally stole the show from Morgan Freeman (Another actor you omitted), and Brad Pitt in Se7en.
Also, Lady Gaga in A star in Born,
Ryan Gosling in La La land, Johnny Depp in Edward Scissorhands and Finding Neverland, Emma Thompson in Nanny Mcphee and Saving Mr. Banks, Cary Grant in the Hitchcock movies, Ingrid Bergman in Spellbound, Casablanca and Notorious, James Stewart in Vertigo, Ben Kingsley in Schindler's list, Guy Pearce in Memento, Jack Nicholson in One flew over the cuckoo s nest, Batman and many more
A must watch Hamilton. Lin Manuel Miranda. Not only as Hamilton but as a director, writer! He has done amazing acting.
I was just watching "bad habits" Tuesday and podcast has been a schedule for a while now🙃
One sentiment echoing after this EP: Bawa saying "Part 9 of this episode"
True when Kautuk said that it is villains who usually become our favourite characters - we expect the villains to come up with the madness, the crazy, the unexpected, so that the heroes can beat them, inexplicably we fall in love with that process itself ❤️
Truly great an episode for the week - one that makes me feel better every time I watch it again
Thanks guys ❤️ love y'all😊 also, please do Pt. 2 of this soon😁 (this time with Aadar also - bechaara uska Favourite Director miss ho gaya, abhi Hollywood character usko miss karne mat do)
Best Character ever was Baby from baby's day out
End of the discussion
Moving on

Truman Burbank in The Truman Show.
Ron Burgundy in Anchorman.
Smokey in Friday.
Tommaso Spinelli in East River.
Ian Brady in Longford.
Ava in Ex Machina.
Jean Seberg in Seberg.
Hando in Romper Stomper.
La Chamelòn in Machete Kills.
Riddick in Pitch Black.
Sean Maguire in Good Will Hunting...
There are so many I cannot carry on 🤘🏼
Again, tysm ❤️ ... Can we get a Part-2 of Conspiracy Theories ??!!
For that you can watch the news. Amazing theories they've got going on there
Bong?
Haven't started watching the video yet and have already pressed the like button, thank you for making the lockdown bearable :)
Anyone knows where is the next episode?
This was one of the best podcast episodes. I truly didn't wanted it to end.
Also these podcasts are a class of their own, I get to learn so many random, interesting, shocking, weird & personal things.
Please do a 2nd episode of this one. Much Love to you guys. ❤❤❤❤
As the only child in home i used to feel lonely to pass my time..these podcast dont make me feel that anymore❤❤
Frances McDormand in Fargo, Ben Kingsley in Gandhi, Vincent D'onofrio in Daredevil
Leonardo di Caprio in everything he has done, especially Wolf of Wall Street.
On the next episode of TISS - Cowtuk debunking Neville's fuckall facts 😆
*CONSPIRACY THEORY PART 2*
*ASAP*
*WITH BISWA, KV AND RAHUL*
Felt like this episode was less talking about the ‘Characters’ and more about the Actors and Directors
When Neville first talked about the 70's antihero era, wanted Varun to blurt out, "Haan, like Kabir (John Abraham) from Dhoom", great to see him do exactly that consistently later. Spilt a lot of water laughing when he said "Akele hum, akele tum"
You guys have either not watched 'Sangharsh' or 'Silence of lambs'.
Akshay kumar plays Anthony Hopkins, not Ashutosh Rana
Waiting for this week’s episode. It’s been over an hour now!
YEYEYEY They are back !!! now i can stop my WFH :D
Anton Chigurh in No Country For Old Men.
My favorite as well
The most menacing character I have ever seen
Oh fuck yes...
Javier Bardem is one hell an actor !!!
Varun kaan khujara hai, Kautuk with his beard and Bawa just just in deep thoughts about kya hoga malabar cadillac ka 😂😂 and thats how the show starts...and Aadar with black screen (missing) lol
The timing of the video drop is the best, i have a break of 1 hr between lectures from 12-1 :)
SAME
Binge list pt 3? Nah😤😤😤😤
Hollywood character! 🙌🤯
Ethan Hawke and Julie delphy in Before Trilogy.
Call Arnab and talk... wait he won't let u talk!
Atleast he does fearless and honest journalism compared to the dynasty slaves and freeloaders like NDTV :D
@@IITianProudIndian he is educated, Great but what he does is unprofessional, shouting and oppressing others, not giving a chance to speak, convicting someone of a murder which hasn't been proved yet, its not Journalism, its clearly a ShitShow!
I know sometimes he shouts too much, but then in our country we need to control people sometimes else they go out of hand. Lot of people think its fashionable to bend rules and disagree everything with the govt in authority says, and this leads to further divisions in our already divided country. So people will have to be brought in line. Just a point of view..i dont agree with Arnab 100%. But he had the guts to take on his own state govt and ask tough questions. Not many do that!!
@@IITianProudIndian I will consider him a true journalist if he shouts the same for the rape victim and questions Yogi and the law system (i hope i dont have to explain the whole UP situation) else he is just a clown.
So, for Alladin, it is said that there is 16 hours of unreleased improvised material of Robin Williams as Genie. But in his will, he asked not to release it outside.
Thank youuu guys. You people distract me from my boring online lectures. But it's worth it❤👌🏼
Jackie chan in drunken master, rush hour. Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. Jeff Bridges as Dude!!!!!
It would be so cool if they make varun's window circulate at all 4 slots while he does the intro.
Kautuk be like : I have a phobia of murky water.... so I'll drink it 😏🍸
My fav character is the one yogesh thakur played in jab tak he jaan
Julie Andrews, Judy Dench, Emma Thompson, Maggie Smith, Alan Rickman, Tom Hanks, Denzel Washington, Chadwick Boseman, Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Chastain, Helen Mirren, Bruce Willis, Dev Patel (Lion). 💫🤯

Only want u guys to breakdown n discuss movies.. just one movie or one director n one character one actor or something like that dissect ... Wud love that..❤️
1 character that I feel was missing from this list was Joaquin Phoenix. People normally know him from Joker which no doubt is one amazing movie but people forget about his role as Commodus in Gladiator.
39:00 the original django mein Clint Eastwood nhin hai bawa Franco nero hai. He has done cameo also in Django unchained.
Thanks for another video guys! Loved it!!!
@17:14 I thought brando gonna say "Im da bomb"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I’m sure Neville edits out Kautuk’s pee breaks😂😂
Famous characters like Johnny depp as Jack sparrow and Tom cruise as Ethan hunt and Hugh Jackman as wolverine are iconic
Underrated performance - Bryan Cranston as Lyndon B Johnson in All The Way.
What about Hugh Jackman as Wolverine / Logan, and Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool ????
Morgan freeman in Invictus (he plays himself in all the movies)
I love Tom Hanks from Forrest Gump just brilliant
39:58 3:10 to Yuma was Directed by James Mangold.Clint Eastwood had nothing to do with the original or the remake.
Please make a podcast series on Greek Mythology please..
TISS
Where is today's podcast?
We all need one Salman special episode 😂😉
I always wait for Tuesday just for the podcast.
Was waiting for this podcast since decades 🔥❤️❤️❤️TISS discussing about movies is just the best ....and Also James Gandolfini from the Sopranos 🔥🔥
Come on guys how did no one mention Jack sparrow or Ethan Hunt man or Indiana Jones man
3:10 to yuma was directed by James mangold guys!
One character that is think was amazing was Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow
Hugh Jackman as Logan/Wolverine 😁
neville looks like kuldeep yadav in this video
Anthony Hopkins character was played by Akshay (Bell Bodom) Kumar not Rana!
